after september security and kernal update, it seems ghost touch issue gone.

Do not buy this phone. Every single piece has ghost touch problem. Camera is disappointing and there is nothing special in this phone.

heating problem please someone give solution. whenit heats it takes lot of time to charge and apps will not work. making a phone call will make hell

My MOTO 4G has been having an display touch problems. I now need to swipe at least 3-4 times to open the phone, with powering off between each time. Often times I cannot type and just get digit 9 6 only . I have done factory resets twice and the problem continues.
Sometimes in the middle of night it starts dialling some number or open some application. So I can not keep my phone idle without screen lock (even during night time).
It has almost all the possible problems related to auto touch.
100% disappointed with this particular piece. Although my wife & daughter also have phones of this model working ok. Don't know what to do now.

Buying this phone was one of the costly mistakes of my life. There was a lot of problems with the phone from the first day .
*Some of the pixels in my phone's display didn't work.
*The ghostouch problems
*fingerprint sensor was not working
*battery charge doesn't last much long
*The phone constantly overheated and it power off automatically
*The software hanged while using almost every app
*The phones maintenance service was so bad that my phone was at the service center on majority of the days for the first 8 months .
And to make things worst the replacement service which was handled by amazon-Motorola didn't reply to my replacement request .

Since then there is a very bad ghost touch, phone hang. Now it's completely a brick! moto/lenovo sucks! there is no solution for it. they service center said,it would cost 6999 rupees!!!!!!! Never ever gonna use moto/lenovo phone again!

The most Pathetic Mobile ever.. It keeps hanging every time... i bought this last this Jan 2017. we have to struggle a lot to open one app... The flash light gets on automatically... Ghost touch... Camera is very bad.... only advantage is it gets quickly charged up to 50 mins in a matter of 25 Mins...PLEASE DONT BUY THIS. NOT WORTH A SINGLY PENNY...didnt expect his from MOTO

Well we got 3 of theys phones and all 3 have went back with in the first 6 Months do to the Screen Flashing and Hanging up and the one I JUST GOT BACK is doing the same thing and it will be going back if it dose it one more time this has got to stop

I've been disappointed in the extreme. I've bought recently only to return it X 3 as it is flawed in that no one can hear me properly. I can only assume after 4 phones that people don't care that its basic function fails.
I'm taking this back tomorrow and will probably get a galaxy s8

Screenburn/Ghost problems are irritating after the recent security update happened in Moto G4+ phone. Currently there is no solid fix for this problem from Lenovo and Motorola.

My G4 Plus now have horrible ghost touch problems making it totally unusable, do not waste your money on any phone from Motorola because they have gigantic quality problems, some phones are ok but to many have hardware problems!

I'm g4 plus mobile using last 9 months is very awesome and good features .If add additional features like fonts style and gallery apps and solve the heating problem also ..If these problems resolved the users also increase ..I like motrolo products. Good luck..

Its a worse phone and worse service center. Its 4 months old and lot of heating problem. Phone gets switched off below 40% of battery, Even after getting it repaired it still has the same problem. Might be now it has come with Lenovo that why moto's quality has reduced. Or Service center at gurgaon has cheated. they wasted lot of time and didn't do anything. Its too bad experience, first & last buy. without solution.,

fantastic phone except the fact that I am tired of saying efffffffff... during charging in order to cool it off... kkkkkkkk. I am happy with it.
