fantastic phone except the fact that I am tired of saying efffffffff... during charging in order to cool it off... kkkkkkkk. I am happy with it.

      After screen goes dark realise the bottom
      Charge the battery over night..
      Problem will be resolved 60 to 70 %

          Very Bad user experience. Screen burn/Image retantion issue is so frustrating. Don't waste money. And warranty is just over so Moto is not ready to take responsibility for this faulty peace.

            Don't buy this phone. I bought one from Officeworks in may 2017. One month later, the screen became jumping/flickering spooky. Later it became more and more frequently. I contacted their service via 1300 138823. It's terrible service. Finally, i threw it into the bin. This problem is a hardware problem. Many customers have met it.               This phone is simply awesome and no heating problem and always it works very good and simply im telling mind blowing phone and camera quality awesome and im using this phone of 1years and there is no problem happened to this mobile.....im totally SATISFIED that's solve ...

                      Screen burn issue is still running on my phone. Motorola why not taking solution for this. Worst mobile phone.This is my last phone from Moto.

                          PermaFix for burnin, use kernal auditor or ex kernel editor and set the RGB values to 215,185,215. Works perfectly for me, problem solved.

                                Don't buy this mobile, becasue full of bugs, I am using this from 12 months, after 7.0 software upadate, my phone getting display issue its called 'Screen burn" or "Ghost screen". Motorola didnt find any solution for this. I have a doubt, Is Screen burn-in problem related to hardware or software of Moto G4 Plus ?

                                We are not sure whether this screen burning problem is arising due to faulty screen or the phone's software. But we haven't noticed this issue on the previous software builds that Moto G4 Plus was running. We only came across this problem when we updated the Moto G4 Plus to MPJ24.139-63 firmware. I think its a software problem.
