amazon service is little bit not satisfied as they give less response to cancellation but once we ordered knowingly or unknowingly simply they displayed immediately that your product is on the way.. is there any way to change..

Very good phone..Never heat .. camera quality is soo good even battery backup is also mind blowing 2 days backup..
3gb ram in this phone better than other 3gb phones.. give u super smooth experience.

Regarding heating issue, I shared my observations. Those things are commonly seen in cases ( not just mG4+) when it's heating. But normal usages have never caused any heating ( only warming at times of extended use).
In past when I got redmi 1s (4 units in family still under use since India launch), Moto G turbo, I had people telling me same things. But honestly I never experienced heating.of course I do not play graphics intensive games. But regular usage of calls,messages, emails,WhatsApp etc never had any problems and absolutely no lag.
Defective handsets are different matter altogether.

aatif khan, 16 Oct 2016I don't think it should HEAT UP like you claim by simple ca... moremoto g4+ had been in one of my choices, but so much heating issuers with it finally ditched the thought to buy it. moreover i feel it is overpriced. Finally the spend 4 thousand over g4+ and got a vivo V3Max phone which so much better this moto. Comparing with my friend g4+ i find v3max have: better build, better display, powerful qual snapdragon 652, 4 gb ram, better audio in headphones, better speaker sound, better battery backup and charges faster than g4+. The only thing better in g4+ over v3max is slightly better night time pictures, daytime both have same picture quality.
I think people should do like me, spens 4 thousand more and get a two times better mobile in v3max.

I mean heating is not a problem when you use a havey multitasking, opening few page etc..
But i really dislike the thought that only using some popular apps like f.b insta twitter side by side for few minutes phone reaches 42 degree Celsius easly..
Moto really disappointed me this time
