after last system update I m facing camera problem.in the low light condition flash is not giving enough light.pictures r getting quite dark.and when I take picture there are seen some lines in the screen. what can I do?

Sir I want to ask that whether both the Sims option in moto g4 plus is 4g or only sim1 is 4g coz when I insert my sim2 in 2nd simcard slot it's giving me only 3g recommendation but not 4g
