The worst kind of phone I ever bought. It always gets heated up no matter what. The heating extent is that sometimes my hand even pains holding it. The phone always flickers and I need to shut it down every time when it does. They say it's a Turbocharger but I don't find any use of it, because it takes 1 hour 50 minutes to change like as any normal phone does and it's battery is of it's worst kind, finishes up like may by in 3 hours. This phone is an Amazon Exclusive and they are not even interested in taking my phone back. People who are interested in buying a phone will get a good quality phone than this one. Please don't waste your time seeing for the features of this phone and opting for it. There are lot other companies which are offering better features at a cheaper rates.

Authorised resalers are better choice when it comes to exchange,guarantee or replacement.
Others will either not take any responsibility of goods and quite possible you may get a refurbished unit.

after last system update I m facing camera problem.in the low light condition flash is not giving enough light.pictures r getting quite dark.and when I takes picture there are seen some lines in the screen. what canan I do?

Arun, 15 Oct 2016How to solve heat issue it get heat even if i use the phone... moreI don't think it should HEAT UP like you claim by simple calls and videos. Warming is OK but I don't think it HEATS up.
And if it does,then following are reasons
- using the phone while turbo charging
- covering up with thick shells / covers. Many are fond of it but sometimes these skins / covers trap the warmth and increase the temperature.
- using high graphics intensive apps
- opening up number of applications in background without closing them. Please close off all unwanted apps and clean the ram + junk files regularly.
