I had the same problem but this trick works.

Fixing some issues:
1)Ghost touch and heating while charging.
a) Use any branded charger like samsung that is 1.5 amp. instead of turbo. zero heat !!!!!!! No ghost touch
2) Camera scratches:
a) use a case cover that has a camera hump. (armor cases) or normal case and make a camera hump with m-seal around the case near camera.
3) heat while gaming.
a) using a cover helps a lott so better. play games that are less than 50 mb in size. there are many on play store
4) Screen burn.
a) keep the phone as cool as possible. Screen burn goes away as phone cools...or replace screen at service station.
5) Gallery, video player, launcher
a) try quick pic gallery, mx player video player.....and s launcher ! ot make everything feel simple
6) battery
a) unistall all uneeded apps. they eat up battery. keep mobile data on only when needed. disable moto action display in settings
Now enjoy your phone !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Actually it's a manufacturing defect, I have searched alot in internet and finally got a solution.
Take a pen without ink and place some cotton on the top of the tip, rub on the camera lens with any toothpaste, Colgate, pepsudent, dabar..... Rub with some force for 2-3 min(don't put heavy pressure, and make sure toothpaste doesn't spread alot)
1st I thought it's very risky, but camera greting worse day by day, but finally I was surprised by the results.
All the best bro, it's will definitely work, and tell this solution to Ur friends

I hv purchased this phone from amazon when it lounched. Since last 6months, this phone works erratically whenever went out doors. Whenever opens to call, automatically calls dialing, camera not working n automatically torch lights up. Indors n in ac room phone works perfectly. What is the solution?

* Can avoid scratches by keeping the phone inverse.
*Can use back case so that the lens cover will not come to contact with any object.

suresh, 01 May 2017when i use moto turbo charger, ghost touch and phone heatin... moreI don't know about the ghost touch issues but the heating is because that moto charger is a 2amp 9 volts charger which results in 18watts of current... But in normal charger there is 2amp 5volts which results in just 10watts of current... The moto charger charges it fast and so it heats up...

Hi...
The worst experience about battery my Moto G4 plus gets auto switch off during video call and while playing video...Even battery is more than 50%..
If anyone having solution for not getting auto switch off then plz suggest me....

when i use moto turbo charger, ghost touch and phone heating problems happening. if i use samsung,blackberry,honor,lg 2amp charger no problems. i think issue is with moto charger
