Headphone Jack not working after 1 day of purchase, customer care need 4-5 day to replace the phone.

I have taken moto g4plus mobile before 2 months.
The problem is when ever call comes that time there is no option to receive the call when the mobile is locked.
So for that we have to unlock the mobile first and then drag the option from taskbar and then receive the call.
But it\'s to hectic job to do all this..
So I request you to give best solution possible soon.

Poor battery life. Bought this set just 10 mths ago. Battery needs to be charged 3-4 times a day - lasts 6-7 hrs after a full charge. The motorola customer care believes it is due to some battery draining app which I have not been able to identify.

Find the audio pathetic. Even for normal communication, you can hardly hear the person at the other end or utube etc... Any solution?

Mobile is good and Fast.
Headphone Jack not working after using for 3 Months.
Turbo Charger pin got damaged after 7 month. Because cable is attached to the charger i cannot use it anymore.
Using hardly for 7 months, now battery is draining very fast;

Anonymous, 22 Apr 2017Motorola removed gallery and any other app for a better And... moreThe stock apps force you to sync your data with google servers, even the dialer app uploads your contacts, to avoid you information to be stolen you need 3rd party apps and an offline account app for the dialer... a pain to setup everything, all this on the top of the overheating and other hardware issues... a nightmare user experience / service with this g4 plus. avoid.

AnonD-663322, 20 Apr 2017Pls don't buy this No gallery no music player Everythin... moreMotorola removed gallery and any other app for a better Android stock experience, and for the gallery there's Google Photos preinstalled. It also has Moto File Explorer. Really, it doesn't need third party apps.
