Changed the battery and it improved but still not reliable. Shuts off at about 45% . I have read it's a hardware issue with the phone and is recycle material now.

Official oreo beta is available, but only for beta testers.but guys you can install it from xda.

Anonymous, 14 Dec 2018Did this phone receiced oreo I need to know if motorola sup... moreThere are no regular updates. They had initially promised an oreo update but then after lenovo acquired Moto they backtracked. After public furore they announced that moto g4 would be getting an Oreo update.
Not sure if they will be releasing it soon. I have this phone.
I would recommend you to buy any other brand than Motorola. Their products are good. But the updates are not regular and promises are fake.

Moto g4 plus camera is good but screen operating automatically as ghost touch never buy this mobile your money will totally lost due to ghost touch.

I using moto g4 plus 2 years success. Now the audio ic problem . I repaired authorised moto service center they not resolve this problem in this mobile. U replace u r mother board .

Please read till end. Yes....moto g4 plus is very good phone body....only body. Nothing inside the g4 plus body. My g4 plus phone have mother board issue after 14 months. And repair cost is Rs 9500....woow . Never buy moto products....please don't waste your money
