My phone's charging has become very slow. In two hours it's charged for 50% almost and it's getting over heated as well.

I'm not bothered by its bezels coz for me it is much less worse than those gawdawful Xperia phones with bezels as big as a ship.

Shame it has got no compass or even an e-compass. (No info on the UK site)
For 18:9 is a gimmick and dual camera is increasingly not a priority for me anymore.
I don't think this is an irrelevant phone coz with a smaller aperture and dual pixel feature it can still compete with a 1-2 year old flagship me thinks.
Yes I did hear the G6 line is coming. But we don't even know the exact specs and timeline of release in the UK or Europe. I reckon India and Asia will be first then here.

2. I washed my phone 3-4 times. Still working good.
3. I heard so. Europe model coming with Compass.
4. Android 7.0 out of the box, but upgradable to Oreo (as per reports). No updates received yet).
Overall performance is fantastic.

It is dust and splash proof so maybe it can handle that light rain for limited time
No, only US phones has compass sensor
No, still stuck on android 7
If u r thinking to buy this phone in 2018 then I suggest u to wait for G6 series this phone doesn't make sense yeah it has some plus points like camera etc but no latest android , no 18:9 display etc , dual or quad camera etc

Based on my basic needs I feel this may be my next phone. But I want to ask:
1. Does the screen to body ratio actually improves when you disable the on-screen nav buttons?
2. Is the phone safe against the odd spills and light rain?
3. Does the Europe model come with a magnetometer (e-compass) or compass?
4. Does it now come with Android 8.0 or 8.1?

Since the years 1992 that I start the mobile phone in Venezuela and used Motorola equipment, excellent features, when the operating system comes out android I switched to samsung but I regret it because I just tried a fifth generation Motorola and its price / performance ratio is excellent, much better, meets what they offer, I really express 1000% cell phones this given an extraordinary performance, and I recommend the version for Usa, I hope they update soon to version 8 of android

Already a year have passed.but no major update has found.waiting for oreo for a long time.shame on moto:a lenovo company.why lenovo don't give any update.phone is still working so well but when will we get oreo update?????
