This phone is still going strong almost 5 years later. What a beast. Wish they made phones like this today. 5.2 inch is perfect. NFC, gorilla glass, I want this product with a better camera and better updates.

Having this phone for almost 5 yrs, had dropped it on concrete and face down multiple times and also once in water and recovered soon. My camera glass has cracked twice.

Nice phone, after 5 years the battery is dying and it requires heat gun and scalpel to cut the glue, and also you have to replace the glue if you want to change the battery, too much hassle

One of the best cellphones I have ever had. Comfortable to use, durable, never hassles, fast enough and good call quality. Decent photo quality too. After four years of use, the battery starts to get a little tired, but it's only natural, right?

the phone is locked up by itself!!! first of all, I've fingerprint lock in it when I'm trying that it says enable with phone password and I did try to open it with it and I know my password isn't wrong but it didn't open. I've tried doing it many times but my phone won't open I don't know what to do now...
and tomorrow I have a really important meeting...
please tell me how to fix it as soon as possible

I'm very disappointed with the Moto G 5 Plus. The battery life is terrible and now I am getting a "System UI not responding" message frequently. Then the phone locks up. There is not enough room in internal storage, which is full, to move anything to my 128 mb SD card. I took it to Best Buy Geek Squad but there was nothing they could do for me that I hadn't tried before. Cheap phone. You get what you pay for. I do not recommend.

I have been using this phone for a long long time and it was really good. It is slow now and needs to be upgraded but it was a great experience.

I've had this phone for more than 3 years and it has performed flawlessly the whole time. It was my third Motorola, also. It's easy to upgrade because Motorola just transfers your contacts and settings with the click of a button. I Uber drive and use a fair amount of data, and I have zero problems with this phone. When I upgrade again, guess which phone I'll stick with? It does everything I need.

Purchased in 2017. Full battery now drains within 8 hours with minimal use. No more updates expected and last update is dated February 2019. This was my third smartphone and I'm always perturbed when I have to buy a new phone, but I don't expect more than four years out of a cell phone before I have to buy another.
