Charging port is sealed from one side and the other is covered with a yellow tape. Gaps in headphone jack. I don't understand how it can be waterproof. Only spills proof - until you spill something on side buttons or it will drawn in liquid with charging port and jack getting deep inside the liquid. motorola.blog/motorola-moto-g5-plus-complete-teardown/

          I'm very aware the G5 Plus has "advanced nano coating". Whatever that means. But i'm concerned that when i accidentally spill my glass of water (or soda) or dunking in the sink for 5 seconds water will still enter the ports (speakers, grooves in the buttons, headphone jack, USB port and mic) and eventually damage the phone. Can anyone please advice me on this issue?

                      I've been thinking of buying moto g5 plus for quite some time but found bad reviews on flipkart. Can any one of you please suggest if I should go for it (4gb variant) or not? Expecting some pros and cons based on your experience @IndianUsers

                        The "problems" with RAM management is not really a problem with the moto G5 Plus specifically but with Android OS in general.

                          I've heard that the G5 Plus' RAM management is poor; apps are not kept in memory and they reload almost everytime you open them even with the "standard" 3GB version. Can someone confirm this for me please?
