I currently have Moto E5 Plus which has 720 screen and 5000 mAh battery, same as Power. But I was tempted to buy G7 for higher 1080 screen even though it has only 3000 mAh battery. After reading your tests which assess resolutions virtually indistinguishable, I'm going with Power. I had wanted all along to do screen tests of G7 vs. Power, but couldn't without buying both models! So thanks for doing the testing and reporting your results!!

Hello
I was hesitated to buy this phone but i bought it in KSA for SR 499 in jarir store ( USD133 ) for 4GB / 64GB
It is a bit heavy but man the touch response and the screen and over all is fantastic !!
Many people talking about HD and FHD but let us keep it real, many of us are not even care as our naked eyes cant tell the different. The screen is good and dont cought up with the hype.
The phone is fast , smooth and 4G speed is good. Cant say any thing about wifi as i use unlimited data plan in my sim.
I would point to the camera thou, it is below average even with GCam. But hey, it is ok cam overall I am not a photographer. All i want is to capture photos to others to share the moment thats all.
In regard to the update, yes they sometimes late and put in your mind that g series only gets one major update apart from security patches. So G7 will get android Q but not R.
At the end, for USD 133 , it is fantastic and i wouldnt say no if its reached USD 200.

Phone have 5000 mAh Battery n SOT u will get 21 hrs with 3 days battery backup which is not possible in any Smart phone right now. The phone take 2hrs to full charge, Just shake ur phone to On Led flash n many new features. Go for it if u like Stock android :)

This is 5% to 99% in 2 hrs 15 min, so maybe 0% to 100% would be like 2 hrs 30 min.

I like this phone so far, for all the obvious reasons (snappy proper Android, battery life, etc). Two gripes for me - the lack of 5G wifi is not good at all and not something you'd expect or accept from a new phone in 2019, and also I get a lot of drain with the screen off, which kind of undercuts the battery life. Other than that, good. It's a Motorola though so it'll probably break tomorrow.

Suggestion?If batery life and stock android is must go for the motorola. Moto actions is a nice detail.
The redmi note 7 is superior but i don´t like MIUI neither heavy customized interface.

I tried adjusting the APN according to my operator specifications for mobile data but still it doesn't work. So when change to other sim card it works well (so it's not the phone problem). Then i called my operator help line and they asked to upgrade the sim and after few hrs it works fine and my mobile data is connected.
