I checked this with my friend today who uses 4G. He told that he didnt have this kind of problem since he bought his device... And I use 3G regularly without any problem.. Probably you should visit the service centre..

piyu, 17 Jan 2016actually i want to buy it ........but some of the above rev... morehei piyu.....after marshmallow update i cant believe that i am using a mid range phone !!!!; its sooo sooo god damn smooth like a butter on the hot pan smooth !!!! not even a single lag .....
google now on tap is the best of the best !!!!!! ...doesnt even lag .....b4 in lollipop it used to lag evvery now and then ...but with this i am compltely satisfied ....and now i think the update was defenitely worth every single second that i waited for marshie ..!!!
dont believe other people who says camera quality is like shit and all ...camera has a set of algorithms ...which is very different from the os !!!
battery is solid ....doze works perfectooo nearly 7 hours of sot with normal usage and man i admit it.. i cant able to drain this battery in one day ..
overall this phone is god damn beautiful inside out with the marshmallow update !!...new boot animation etc !!! overall user experience is great ....
my score for moto g3 WITH ANDROID 6.0
9.8/10 .....2 marks reduced for the disabled shutter sound....
and 9.8 marks for smoothness and with absolutely no bloatware...this is not close to stock anymore ....this is purest android ..!!! no moto migrate, no flipkart app, no moto assist ,no mail app, etc .....lots of bloatwares have been cleansed out ....!!!!
there is a huge performance improvement!! in marshmallow !!!!

usb otg works gr8 with the built in file manger ....
double twist for camera and double chop for flashlight also works gr8 !!! moto diaplay is working exactly as it is ment to be !!! ...
marshmallow is a perfect update !! update it and enjoy the smoothness !!!.

AnonD-270397, 17 Jan 2016After android m update what to set my sd card as internal/p... moreIf you format as portable u can remove the sim from your phone and insert in any other phone and you can continue using it. If you format as internal you can only use it through ur moto phone. Also if you format as internal u will be able to transfer the apps from mobile to mem card but if u format as portable u cant transfer any apps and the phone eats memory when u install other apps.
Final word format as internal fir best results.
