Pas7, 13 May 2021Does anyone know what it means when it shows an H where the... moreFirst congrats for showing 5G. Mine show only 4G+ (LTE-A).
Wheh it shows H SPA network( wich is 3.5G).This is usually showed when you call to someone or when tehe network is overloaded (or it has poor signal) and there is no 4G sinal for Internet available.I habe reached and 2G showing in the villages in my countru , when even 3G is not present for a while -but on these days is not common.

Try to find internet in different zone(at work or home) - the problem could be your carrier local cell.Other posibility is you have reach your data limit for month and your speed is set up to 64/128kbs. In this case you will have very slow net.

Why my Motorola Moto G 5G+ always no have internet. But displaying be 4G+ specially in remote area and inside the building. Compare to other brand

Software chanel-RETEU. Not branded to any carrier.
Now running with Android 11.But only 4g+ available-not 5G,not VoLTE.
I use ot with 2 SIM- A1 Bulgaria and Vivacom.

Here in Romania, using Moto G 5G Plus on Vodafone. 5G worked out of the box, for VoLTE I needed to contact my operator to enable it. If you do not see 5G or VoLTE, contact your operator, do not blame the phone.

Visma, 29 Apr 2021Got A11 update yesterday, did not tweek anything, no issues... moreYes i confirm that on my device too! No issues no problems no laggs. But not even 5G that is very sad. Motorola promised that with Anfroid 11 5G comes to all 5G devices-but it seems this is not true.
Overall -Android 11 on my moto 5Gplus is visual like 10(99%) but with some add applications-Media center, and some more options in developer mode too.

Do not update to A11. I have an awful lag when switching between apps and closing them. It is awful.

I just got update my Moto 5G plus to Android 11. I dont seee any difference with 10 except one add app- Media center.
I must say that still dont have 5G mode in my network type menu -very sad.Well as i can see will use my device in 4G mode only. I have with 2 sim cards.
