Had $250 MotoG 3rd Gen for a week trying to get away from $1000 iPhones for several years. Basically, I like android and the G, but lose connection in difficult places that I never used to. Also, camera is good but basic, no panorama etc. Tried several Panorama apps but all crap.

im using the dual sim version...for my opinion its a good phone..battery backup is descent...1 full charge can last up to 3 days moderate to medium of use...camera is great in daylight..and its ip x7 water resistant but make sure your back cover is tightly close...yes i feel warm while using the phone but its normal..it get warm if you use continuous...

I am having a valid 3G plan. 3G network also available here. But my mobile doesn't detects 3G network. I have to go for manual selection of network, then only it detects 3G/H. I am very disappointed :(

H means 3G in our case.
Go to: settings -> More -> Cellular Networks -> Preferred network type -> select 3G from there.. You'l get H or H+ symbol, which is 3G.
You wont get 3g data speed when the 2G option is selected even if you have a 3G internet plan.

I got my phone 1week before
1. Network problem it detects G instead of H
2. Battery drains to 50% with in 3hr use of 3G network
Is it normal? Or should I replace it
