This phone has a good battery, size and is easily rootable, but I don't like the lag in games so i'm upgrading to poco x3 pro. wish me luck

This is one of the better phones I've had, the battery life is amazing and from the build you wouldn't know it. Any problems I've read others having are software related and easily fixed by factory resting and installing the proper updates, also a wide variety of custom roms are available.

Of all the phones I have ever had, this is by far the worse. It calls my contacts on it's own, often several times a day I was waiting for a call from my office IT department and it turned on "do not disturb." It shuts ring off by itself It attempted to change the app launcher, and as a result it was a paperweight until I could get an appointment with a tech at target. The Consumer Cellular techs were baffled. Three times when I had ordered food delivery it shut the ringer off. At first the sound was excellent then suddenly the volume became weak. The GPS is worthless It refuses to give me verbal directions anymore. When I complained to the carrier I was told it was too late to return it. It does so much weird stuff I believe it is possessed. I named it after Steven King's creation "Christine."

I'm retired so if they won't I'll post some reviews they won't be happy about!

Motorola really did a good job with this g power. The 2021 model is actually a downgrade in more ways than one. I got a nice case for it. There's a few things i noticed, like there is some shadowing around the selfie cam when you have a light/white background, but that's just LCD technology, it does that on any phone with an LCD display. I haven't upgraded to 11 yet, I'm very happy with 10, but in order to get security updates I'll eventually have to upgrade to 11. And as I understand 11 will be the last OS update we will get on this phone. But I'm very happy with mine, awesome purchase

I spent a little money on apps including Nova Launcher, disabled much of google and this phone is a beast.

Great Battery Life
Excellent Sound for Price Paid.

Android 11 is now seeding to unlocked models xt2041-4. I'm on consumer cellular TMobile and got my software update notification. Comes with February security patch, boy is Motorola behind in security updates.

I get into a... moreClearly there is something wrong with your particular phone if everyone else (including me) is quite happy with the functionality of ours. Motorola gives a warranty so get it fixed or replaced. If all of the phones were like yours, Motorola would be out of business. Since they've been making cellular phones for over thirty years, I think that it's safe to say that they know what they're doing. In every type of man-made product, there will always be X number of bad ones out of every thousand. I'm sorry that you got the dud but I'm sure that Motorola will make it right if you contact them.

Besides, as soon as it arrives, I'm popping in a 512GB microSD card. When you have a microSD slot, the internal storage of the phone is less significant.

This phone is the best budget phone you can get. It has a huge 5000mah battery which can last three days. I have had absolutely no problems with anything on the phone.

Have had nothing but problems with this phone. I get into a data roaming area and it wont make or receive a call 3/4 the time. (U.S. Cellular can't figure out why.) I make a call that requires additional key punches when I reach a menu (example - Press 1 for English) and the phone doesn't respond when I push a button. It's as if I never pushed anything and I have to start the call all over again. Sometimes several times! Someone will call me and it won't ring have the time or have a missed call. I'll just get a voicemail... and no it is never on "do not disturb" or airplane mode. Ringer volume is alway up.
I've had it with this thing! It's still under warranty and going back!
