I was looking to upgrade because my 2021 G Stylus in best up and has a crack in the screen. I like the design of the phone a lot. But with the $300 price tag and not really any upgrades except 90 hz refresh rate and 2 extra gigs of ram. The camera is 2 megapixels extra than last years, but no 4k video, and I seen that someone said on a review that they couldn't find 60 fps for the 1080p. So I'm not sure $300 is a good price when I can buy a better phone for just a little bit more that has way better specs.

But with the 6 gigs of ram the phone can run just about anything just fine. I think you'll have any problems running games on it really. It's not gonna be as snappy as a iphone, Pixel or S22, but it'll work ok for you.

From what I've seen there's no 60 fps on the 1080 p video recording. Hopefully they fix that with an update because it did say on the specs it was supposed to have 60 fps.

James, 20 Feb 2022I can get over the media tek processor. I wish they wouldn&... moreThey didn't take out the 4k the chip can't handle it. Last year's snapdragon 675 is 3 yrs old and more powerful than this chip.compare the 2 side by side and you'll see why. It's a downgrade.

I can get over the media tek processor. I wish they wouldn't have taken out the 4k video recording because I have the 2021 stylus and have taken some real good 4k videos. I'm am on the fence whether or not I should upgrade to this. I might just keep the 2021 and eventually get something better.

Is the Mediatek G88 processor better than the Moto G Stylus 2020 Snapdragon 665 processor? I do a lot of multitasking and gaming so it would help me a lot.

If Lenovo had gone with SD 690 SoC instead of MTK G88, this phone would have been hard to beat in the mid range sector. Also USB 3.0 for ReadyFor would have been a bonus, considering this is supposed to be a 'Productivity' focussed handset.

moto must start
lower than 157mm TALL phones + 6000mah + 35W charger
these more than 160mm sh...s = useless

I have the moto g stylus 2021 version and I bought it for 200 at Walmart on sale and it's been an excellent phone. I'm just not seeing anything that makes me want to ditch my 2021 for the 2022 version.

Last year's model has 4k video recording and it was good in good lighting because I own it. This one doesn't have that. I hope it has stereo speakers and the cameras at least take better pictures.

This seems good but there is no NFC, better quality display but at least it has 90HZ but the processor seems inferior compared to the Snapdragon 665.

But this is not using G96, fields shows G88, and without Android 12 by default... not good
