Hello from Indonesia.
1 week ago, I bought this Moto M for my younger sister. Then like 3 days ago, she complaining about Her phone contacts is suddenly lost. Her WA chats is suddenly didn't have names, just number.
And it happened again last night.
I'm trying to open contacts menu, find the setting, and there are too little option. I am really confused.
My sister save the contacts into her gmail.
I don't find any group of Moto M Indonesia user. I guess it's very rare Moto M user in here.
I need a help.
And, pardon my bad english.

on 27.07.2017 i upgrade to 7. now my phone gets difficult for other person to hear my voice,

I have brought it couple of months back, Then recently it got Nougat update, after update there are multiple software issues, not sure how motorola issued this update without even testing it. I am not able to select desired network type, It only shows 3G. 4G is not working, since 4G is not working VOLTE is also not working. Phone not able to catch network, it jumps now and then between network types, because of this battery drains very quickly. Camera quality is very very poor compared to the specs provided, This is the worst phone i have ever purchased.

I recently bought Moto M from a local retailer, The problem I am having there is no software update option and the Imei is totally different from the phone model on imei checker website and sometimes the phone behaves like a slow android phone, But I have no problem with mic. Anyone how to update it to Nougat.

I agree that there are many issues with quality of Moto M as compared to Moto g4 plus phone. I was planning to buy that but bought this... Now I feel that it was my biggest mistake and absolutely wrong decision.

Snigdha, 18 Jul 2017After system update to andriod n I have problem in voice ca... moreIf you have any call recorder installed on your moto m, my observation is that you should uninstall those apps, then restart your phone. Don't install those apps.

Same issue with speaker after update to Nougat. loud speaker suddenly stops working and only works if i restart phone. battery is finishing up way early. charging is very slow and somehow, the charging port is also causing issues
