Phone Mic not working after update.
Moto has become worst since taken over by Lenovo. First of all, even after the phones release post the Nougat updates full release, this phone has not got the Nougat update. Secondly, they release the new phone update without properly testing and it stops the phone from its most basic use i.e. calling. This New update stops the functionality of the mic of the phone after 1 call.
I have had a Moto with everyone in my family before buying the Moto M. Now its been the last of this company. We have taken 4 Phones at home since then, and none Moto.
The company is functioning like a sell and run Chinese company which is not concerned of its consumers.

Recently software update created mic problem. I did the factory reset also new update is overwriting. By doing switch off and switch on mic works and also I can attend one call and speak after sometime the same problem persists. Any solution for this?

I bought the MOTO M 30 days back and installed the latest software update in it, but after that my Bluetooth and WiFi is not working. When i visited their service center they asked me to leave the phone for 3 days without any stand by phone.
Pathetic phone and pathetic service, please don't buy Motorola phones

After the recent update for moto M, most of the people are facing sound issue during calls, receiver aren't able to hear the voice during calls.

After update the new version. Moto M mic is not working. More than a week this problem.. No solution until now.... I think this is my last Moto model mobile.. Frustrated this kind of update and no solution after huge feedback from customers.......
