Such an worst experience in using Moto M. Guys do go for the s
pecifications given and buy the phone, because the specifications are not true. This phone doesn't support any updates other than the default one which comes with mobile. And the service center in bhopal is again with a worst service. Even after knowing the mobile is a faulty one they always remove the updates or format the mobile. This is what the maximum they can do with the mobile so, after a month we face the problem.
It's a kind request to the company if you wanna test the mobile do it from your end. Why the hell you try it with the customer.
I suggest friends do not prefer Moto anymore

It's a nice phone. I am using it since 1 month. Yes, people are talking about the camera quality, it isn't that poor, it's good. For 11k price it's really worth. The phones charges very fast, 1hr 15 mins for complete charging. But, the battery standard could have been better. It's f9. If ur not a gaming person. Within 11k it's a nice option, worth buying it

moto e4 plus i purchased in dec-17 in jan-18 found problem reciever not hearing voice, in march-17 found touch screen not working 11 days kept at service centre, again in april found same problem touch screen problem, i asked service centre bases on repeated problems in 3 months recommend manufacturer for new mobile replace, based on which in 5 days service centre asked me to come & take same mobile new replaced from company but, again after 1 week this new peice also found same touch screen problem.
based on above repeated problem i can say moto is cheating to customer we need to book complaint in consumer court, i can say moto is worst than worst moble.
my nearest service centre is 60 km from my place every time i spent rs. 200 for bus fares & no proper service, purchased rs 10000/- mobile but, got worst mobile i will tell 3 people that 3 will tell others & spread moto is worst i am very painfully telling because paid rs.10000 which is huge amount for me but not working moto is cheating with people they will not bather after about customer based on all above comments i can imagine there were so many people suffering those purchases moto mobiles.
hence i am cautioning moto company to replace my problamatic mobile other wise my money you cannot digest because i am devotee i will believe in god i will not make any fraud to any one .
pl treat this my message as painfull voice & replace my mobile,
i gon for service 3 times in 3 months at varun mobile centre mahabub nagar telangana & spent rs.800/- to 1000/- includes ta da but, no use because problem remain same.
once again i am reminding you do not play with people who are paying you we are your food, we are your future we are your salary do not take it easy if you cannot manufacture standard mobiles than close moto but do not sale problamatic mobiles which will come under cheating & this kind of buissiness not good,
as i heard moto is standard company they will manufacture quality mobiles so i purchased moto 1 st time & got worst experience with moto piece with in 3 months 3 times service but, problem not resolved.
what is your respond on my this comment.

after six months of use its taking 24 hours to charge still battery shows 30-40% .
Total waste of money...

Very bad battery drainage issues.
Calling problem - the other person cannot hear me. Call drop as well.
Operating system hangs alot - unable to use simple apps like messaging and calling.
Too many advertisements appearing on apps like whatsapp as well. Which are add free.
Battery gets overheated I'm scared it will burst some day. I've had a horrible experience with moto m. Extremely disappointed!

If I opened network within one hour the battery is completely drained and shows 1%. Even I use the android same brand Moto g first generation that is good till yet. That's why I prefer Moto but I completely disappointed and disgrace this model. Kindly suggest sum 1 what suppose with this mobile and what suppose s the rectification progress.

I have used Moto M for over a year now. Here is problems i am facing. My battery %age now is 70%
-Bad battery. It has a very unpredictable battery. You cannot trust it. If your battery is at 50 % you better start finding the charger. Two minutes, it will fall down to 30% .Next two minutes and it reaches 15 %(battery saver starts). Next 30 seconds and poof. Your battery is at 2%. However 2% lasts for almost 5 minutes (lol).
-Battery saver is very bad. As mentioned above, battery saver does more harm than good. It not only drains the battery even faster, it also affects the performance of the phone. You cannot use internet, type on the keyboard, or even open an app without it being hanged.
- It does not have a restart option
- After the recent nougat update dolby atmos stopped working for a month. Also music streaming on this phone is not satisfactory. The volume changes on it own. Sometimes loud enough to scare me.
Mostly the problems related to this phone are caused by battery. Without the battery part, the phone is pretty awesome. Its processor is mindblowing(except in battery saver). Memory is great.
I would suggest this phone only if you can afford to keep it charged all the time.

Get very hot
After 6 month of using it the charge is very slow

The worst phone I have ever seen.Just wait for 5 to 6 month then u will get to know about its actual performance.
Poor battery back up
Automatic switched off.
No restart option.
Difficulties in gallery control.
And lots of issue's.

Initially it worked fine. But after 1 year of use there are so many problems. It's performance is poor. Battery take 10-11hours to charge. No support from customer care. Battery problem is not just mine but it s a common issue faced by many users still no support from Motorola.
