The phone will probably end up getting a waterfall display with a punch-hole, since previous Moto flagships have had either of them. Only real exception is the Moto Edge X30's UDC version.

Reasons to not like this phone:
194MP camera on a 8 Gen 1? I don't think that's a good idea
The screen is only 1080p
It only has 2X Optical zoom
That battery could've been a bit bigger ngl
That camera is ugly tbh (this is a personal opinion tho)
No 512GB variant

5200Mah (minium) enough for it
xiaomi 12 with 152.7m Tall, have 4500Mah too(same chipset)

even EDGE X30 just have 256GB storage

Poros, 18 Feb 2022Why not 200 MP?It is cropped by a reason to 194, but it is not a big deal. The big deal could be the battery capacity, in a modern flagship 4500 mAh seems kind of small!

oio, 18 Feb 2022since when there was a 194 mp sensor? i thought there was a... moreIt has a 200 MP sensor, but it will be probably cropped to 194 MP. It is not a big deal really. :) The question is which 200 MP sensor is being used, the one from Samsung, or the one from Omnivision?

It would be a good idea for the fingerprint sensor to not be side mounted. Personally, I hate it. My current Samsung Galaxy A22 5G has the fingerprint sensor side mounted and it's really the least of my favourite places to have a fingerprint sensor positioned on. I always enjoyed having the fingerprint sensor underneath the display or on the back of the phone but never side mounted. I also hope that they make this device an Android One device and that the 256GB variant will be available in the UK if they're not going to include the option of a Micro SD card slot. I hope that they include/keep the Dual SIM option as well. Might be a good idea to also include a 3.5mm headphone jack and if not, then include a USB type C to 3.5mm headphone jack for it inside the box. Android one devices don't get produced a lot these days for some reason, not just motorola but a lot of other brands out there as well. I think a lot of brands need to produce Android One devices more often. Might be worth to see Motorola re-produce the Moto G Pro. That one was my absolute favourite Motorola phone and it even had a stylus built in to it which really made me fall in love with the device. And it had all of the above mentioned; Android One, Hybrid Dual SIM, micro SD card slot in the SIM 2 slot, 128GB of internal storage, Dolby Atmos, 3.5 mm headphone jack by the bottom microphone along with the charging port and the built in stylus slot, fingerprint sensor on the back of the device and of course the built in stylus. I would love to see a reproduction of the Moto G Pro. If motorola do that, I would be the first in line to buy it. :)
