Although I don't think this will be ~550€, if it is, then this seems to be a phone worth looking into in-depth.
However: I have no data on it and the specs are too vague, but why do I have the feeling the ultrawide sensor will end up being better in certain crucial areas than the wide sensor? :D

Reading the comments, the amount of displeasure is beyond belief. Complains about camera, display etc... It's a sub $600 phone. I challenge the naggers to try to built a 1985 digital Casio wristwatch, see how well you do.

Besides, what is wrong with you people? If they do not have a feature, you complain. If they do, you also complain.

PMKLR3m, 11 Aug 2022Why does it have 2x optical zoom, if its 200mpx camera is c... moreIt's not as straight forward as you might think. Quad Bayer sensors never been able to provide true lossless zoom. Having that telephoto sensor means that it can produce native 2x zoom photo using the algorithm data from the main 200MP sensor.

Why does it have 2x optical zoom, if its 200mpx camera is capable of 4x hybrid zoom, (crop from 16k)

200mp 🤦 the readout must be sluggish as hell. What we really really need is a 1/1.12" 16mp sensor with 2.2um pixels. 16mp super sampled 4k or 4mp binned 4.4um 1080p for better low light performance. This push to record 8k on a phone is unnecessary and a waste. 4k from a phone looks good with at least 2.0um pixels but 8k with smaller pixels even indoors looks meh. I'd rather have 16mp 1/1.12" 2.0um, and then at least a 12mp 1/1.7" 1.8um for Ultra wide and a zoom that 85mm equivalent. Main with F1.7, UW with F2, and 85mm equivalent at F2.8 Tack sharp but also good in low or mixed lighting

ThatTechDoge135, 08 Aug 2022The GN1 right? And I heard Samsung is supposed to use an up... moreI think so, but I also heard they will keep the same zoom telephoto.
I mean, if they can do better, why do they keep using the same old tech and not even make the prices more reasonable?
