Right from the day I bought this phone last year the proximity sensor does not work properly.After ending a call when you remove the phone from your ear the screen is turned off and you have to turn it on manually and hang up the phone.Added to that their is no gyroscope in this phone so that you cannot play games like pokemon go in augmented reality mode.neither can you use a VR headset due to the missing gyroscope

Connect your phone to your laptop via a USB lead. Then pull down the notification bar on your phone. You will see a notification that reads 'USB for charging. Touch for more options'. Touch the notification and Select 'File Transfers'. Easy, isn't it?

Can some one tell me how can I turn on USB mass storage mode in x play, so that I can view the content of my phone on my PC and laptop. I don't see any options show mass storage in USB settings..in fact there is no options at all in USB settings. No phone has ever given me such a hassle while connecting the phone with my laptop or a TV. I am getting a little pissed of now.

After the upgrade to Marshmallow, the phone's performance has been way below standard.There is frame drop even in games like subway surfer.The phone hangs quite a bit,not so responsive especially when the charge is less.

M facing highly heating problem in moto z play.. Battery back up is good.. Good camera.. Everything perfect. But the heating problem occurs. Sometimes i feels that the phone is going to blast.. Wat to do to come up from the problem..plz suggest

Excellent phone. I m using since last 10 months. No heating, no hang, faced not a single issue.

Battery is too bad runs only for 12 hours without listening music and seeing videos.

There are many unsolved bugs. The phone stops responding all of a sudden many times. sometimes there are issues with the volume of the device as if the device has gone completely mute. re booting the device is very time taiking. It starts optimizing apps which sometimes take as long as 20-30 mins. Inadequate service centres is another trouble maker. I would like if all these issues are attended and solved.

Very good phone and value. Camera, wireless and phone work well, pretty snappy performance. Good drop resistance (has no damage) water resistance not tested.
