Hi Baleeg even i hv same issue in my sony z1 and wondering what happened to it ? Same time it says power is 0 when 90 percent charge is available. I m also searching for an answer and thought of buying moto x play and now i m thinking as it has same issue.

I've moto x play n used it about a moth n I face no problem at all I mean in any case it plays asfalt 8 smoothly n camera is just awesome but it lacks some manual control nice bokey effet too, as for as I think it's a great Fone at this price range

My phone doesn't normal mode while making or receiving calls, it works directly in speaker mode. I did factory reset(Hard reset) still same issue. please help.

Don't Upgrade and then X Play is Good Smart Phone

Best mobile phone i hd evr seen
If uh r shwng ur cruelty on its performance so plz jst go for hell
If uh r talkng about its camera quality so it iz superrb
It got 21mp on rear which is fabulous nd if uh want more so uh can go for its camera lense which is easily available online..
About its speed so its damn pretty good enough
Uh cn run many apps at d same time without hanging
Nd the most valuabl thing in moto x play iz its screen nd colour contrasts which are fabulous
I luv mah phone from its first start to till the date

While saving an offline video, suddenly Moto x play is restarting itself and the mobile is getting heated and the charging is draining very fast ....looks asif it is due to upgrading it to marshmallow....any suggestion what to do??

Try reset to factory defaults after software update. Then login with your google account, and so on...

I am not satisfy with latest version of 6.01 moto x play i am facing batery problem it reducing fast .
