Guys I am facing an issue with my Moto x play. The 3.5mm jack seems so tight. For putting a headphone jack inside or out I have to apply immense amount of pressure. Anyone with such an issue?

Hi Folks
To all those complaining about heating I'm Moto X Play, please remove any additional back cover or case that u must have added extra. Leave the phone as it is purchased, ur heating issue will be resolved. Hope this resolves your issue.

I am personally using Moto g3 from past 5 months and quite happy with it.I haven't yet visited Motorola service center. Moto G3 is running very smoothly. But now I am looking for a 5.5" 1080p Display, Above Average in Gaming phone.Motorola is quite good in providing early android updates.

Never buy Motorola phones. Because the after sales service is very bad. I had purchased Moto X play in November 2015 and I hardly use this device and I found that the headphone jack was not working properly. After the problem was discovered I had submitted my phone in service center on 28/December/2015 and till now it was under repair, it was going to about 2 months and they didn't tell me how long they will take to fix it.
So if you are planing to buy a Motorola phone it is better to watch out other options available.

I watched some of the videos in which after Android M Update Moto X play GTA San Andreas(not sure about Nova 3) plays well in max graphics settings. Also Antutu Benchmark increased from 36k to 45 K, geekbench single core 700-800, multi core 2600.I am confused between Le 1s , Redmi Note 3 & Moto X Play.But I have found that Le1s has weak battery performance.

Also beware of that that the redmi note 3 is having the new snapdragon 650 chipset, so it cannot be predicted how the performance of the phone will be... Also the gameplay on the x play is not that good, but playable, yes it stutters with nova 3 but not always... My advice for you will be, if you don't have any money issues, go for the x play, use it till the redmi note 3 arrives, then watch for the reviews if it is better than the x play, sell your x play and go for it ( the price of the note 3 will be within the money you get after selling the x play)... Bdw I'm also waiting for the redmi 3...

Today I am getting 32 GB Moto X play @ 13049/- or 16 GB @ 11549/- in exchange of Moto G3( bought at 11700/-)Should I buy 32GB or wait for Redmi Note 3? Also has Gaming improved ( for Nova 3, GTA San Andreas) after M update in Moto X Play 32 GB? Are there any serious heating issues? Please help to make proper decision. My top priorities are Good Display, battery backup,Gaming, camera not so important.

ponnu, 31 Jan 2016In my opinion one plus x is good pon in any case. No heatin... moreThe gaming performance of the oneplus X maybe anyway good but it surely doesn't excel in battery life... The battery is just not upto the mark... Also build quality in this case is a matter is personal preference... I do not like glass body hence I prefer the moto x play over the oneplus X... Also when it comes to screen quality and ppi, surely the AMOLED would easily beat the IPS LCD but not in this case... The moto x play's screen is very good and has a very decent screen quality... Also a small difference in PPI doesn't matter that much.

ponnu, 31 Jan 2016Hello, I brought moto x play 2 months later.still I have ... moreI think your set have some problem cz my handset giving fabulous usage time.I use continue of facebook(40-50mins)+ whatsapp(for atleast 10hrs)+some download(1hr or so on 2g)+others apps(like some games for 30min+browsing of 1-2hrs+listening songs for 30min) and calling of 12-15mins daily on avg and after that battery remaining of 25%+

Moto x play camera is good in day light but night mood or low light is average and ram is 2gb, 32gb phone memory that's why performance is very good and no unnecessary app in phone memory and screen is 5.5 with gorilla glass very good video clarity and enjoy the play games with big screen and sound clarity is vry good but headphone is vry bad main and important is battery backup is Nice
Overall Mobile is good

Hello,
I brought moto x play 2 months later.still I have some issues regarding to the battery back up and heating.It is heating so much when I am using net,game and normal use of long time. This phone does not give the value of 3630mah battery...
Now I am very disappointed any body please give some suggestions for this.
