[deleted post]factory wipe the phone from recovery. if you don't know how Google it..it's easy.
if you don't want to wipe the phone run these commands from adb
fastboot erase modemst1
fastboot erase modemst2
fastboot erase cache

The rattling sound issue is because of the power button being loose... Its only in some moto x models... Not present in every model... I don't have the issue but my friend also purchased the moto x play and yes the power button of his moto x was loose

if the phone works fine and does the job, that is enough.

I bought x play from flipkart on 23 December, everyday i check update still not receive any ota, even i have manually downloaded the zip file 523 mb and try to reboot from recovery mode still nothing happens. Will service can do anything on it Any body know the solution please reply

In that entire lineup the snapdragon 615 is the mid range processor and not entry level... You're talking useless and then trying to prove yourself true... I bought Moto X Play in October 2015 ..the phone was very good with great features that I loved but my joy was not to last for long. Within 15 days of operation the front camera packed up and I took it to the service centre in Noida for repairs. They ordered the camera on 4th November, 2015 and it has not yet come ... still waiting for this camera part. Then the nightmare started again the main camera packed up and the customer support advised me to take the phone to a different service centre in Noida ... which I did on 4th December, 2015. They confirmed both cameras need replacement and ordered parts the very same day. Believe it or not even to date the parts have not arrived. I called up customer care today to know what is happening about the phone.... The response was the parts are on order and will arrive soon. That soon no one knows when !!!!! I had written mails also to customer care but there is no response coming from Motorola .... After chasing Motorola USA on this issue I had a call from Motorola India and the story still remained the same. I requested for a refund as I have already bought another phone ... Motorola refused to do that ... I requested for a replacement phone .... Motorola refused to do that ... According to them they will repair the phone and return ( GOD only knows when ... it is already 3 months !!!!) .... Also they refused to extend the warranty for the period my brand new phone is with them ... how sick can they get !!!!
It seems Motorola is least bothered about its customers ... they just want to make quick money and give two hoots for the customers and let them suffer..... I hope someone responsible in Motorola is reading this message and provide relief .... The state of affairs on after sales front at Motorola is pathetic. .... Please share this as much as you can so that Motorola comes to the rescue for the cheated customers like me.
Also NEVER buy a MOTOROLA product.
