Oh ok. i understand. I was confused with the "email" part of the phone. If u have a yahoo mail account can u get your mail with that? If not what is the email part used for?

Until now yahoo mail is not free POP3. I use POP3 of GMAIL because free. Before you must setting POP3 first and than you can use; is really smooth to connect POP3 and fast download email. You can connect "Yahoo Mail" if your provider "Allow it" via "Opera Browser".

First of all thanks for taking your time out to respond to my post im so in love with this phone i read every blog or review i can find and it helped alot that you told me what you could.
&about the video.. Is there any scale'n down of the video size you have to do to transfer the video to your phone like you do with ipods? or changing the file names?
as i said before im obsessed with this phone and it helps alot to talk to someone that already has one so i hope i wont be of a nag to you with my questions lol. THANKS

The video size 240 x 320 pixels, easy to transfer than iPODS (like you transfer to flash disk), no need changing the file name, no limit of Mb, max 15 bps.

2. Is the loud speaker.. loud. like when it rings?
3. Is it worth the buy?
4. Is the camera like that RIZR Z3?

1. Of course you can use ring style "Vibrate & Ring". If doesn't have in your "Ring Style List". No worries, you just flashing.
2. Yup... The Speaker is really loud and same like when it ring. Depend on quality of your MP3 or WMA you put in your mobile phone.
3. Is really worth it to buy. Because has great quality, second faster processor mobile phone, new interface, new technology "touchsensitive with vibrate", and more.

The vendor claims 500minutes in the talk mode and 280 hours in the stand-by mode. As the player the phone lasts 10 hours with the constantly active external display. The result proves to be rather good. It is interesting, that the device has 740 mAh battery, whereas the official site claims the 770 mAh one, though we should wait for the official sales, to clear up this issue. The working time, in general, is not outstanding, but acceptable.

You can read many opinions; you can compare how many peoples doesn't have problem with the battery and how many peoples has problem with the battery. You will find around 95% doesn't have problem with the battery and only around 5% has problem with the battery. I don't think who's complain about the battery is really buy "Motorola Razr 2 V8". I think that's propaganda from other brands.
Motorola has experience more than 4 years to make slim mobile phone and slim battery. My "Motorola V3 Razr" can hold 3 1/2 day (standby) just lost 1 bar. My "Motorola Razr 2 V8"; Standby for 4 1/2 days (until empty). Normal use for 3 hours listen music use Bluetooth A2DP, 10 until 20 Messages and 10 until 20 minutes calls with full setting (active all talking phone, full brightness, full sound volume) just lost 1 bar of 3 bar battery metres.

Only 3 or 4 peoples (around 5%) complain about battery is not mean that's problem, only un-lucky. Around 95% people doesn't complain about battery.

I and my wife have had V8 for three months and we have had two major complaints.
The Battery life is appallingly atrocious. V8 normally requires constant charging. Our friends have had similar issues. We have tried all kinds of batteries ( Japan and China) but the fact is V8 is armed with a very poor battery.
The mobile phone is extremely susceptible to moisture, perspiration (jogging and talking), steam (in case you are talking and cooking in the Kitchen) and is known to go irreversibly bonkers.

Battery life is worse than poor! but a lovely looking phone Pretty bad camera at 2mp and pretty bad as they cut out 3g. Great MP3 player with touch screen controls Buy this if you want a sleek phone for making calls on , nothing else!
