still puzzled, save your sounds on your phone memory then select the tones you want to set for your ringtone or message alert tones

i love all motorola phones ive wanted one since the first motorola came out

but just one thing does anyone know how to get rid of the scrapes on the screen e.g alcohol or somnething?
please help as its way too beautiful to get scratched

You can't find the menu starting with
Ring Volume

etc...?
If so, can you elaborate where did you buy your V9? Chance are you might need to take it back to where you bought it for further assistance.

I have tried to use my saved sounds as my ringtones by going to settings-> ring styles-> ? detail, but from there, Nowhere! After i choose the detail option, it took me to the options under ? detail. Please help. How can i set my ringtones?

jazz, 17 Feb 2009this phone battery is sock! All slim phones have short battery life...this V9 no exception - especially with it's TWO big screens!
Still, this is an exceptional phone, period.

Anonymous, 10 Feb 2009Does any know how to turn off the icon on the front screen. Believe those softkeys are defaulted and you can't changed them. If you don't want them (and don't need 3G or external memory card slot), get a V8 instead, which doesn't have the keys.
