hey man,i had this problem before,first put out your memory card and your simcard too and then wait until 4,5 hours and check your phone about charge too.
then if is not work then u should wait longer,maybe one day but if your phone get off dont start and first charge it and then start it.
dont do any thing wrong or reset or hard reset!!!!
then when your phone coming up so first delete all un usefull app,this made it work well

Hi,on the device until battery dry up. Then fully recharge. Hope this can solve your problem. :)

Any update for this phone ?
Using for 1 year plus. Phone getting slow due to many
new apps using newer OS.
Hope Motorola will provide update to a newer OS version.

but you can use unofficial roms like cyannogen Mod

And every time i get best colors and brightness on My Razr. Amazing battery life, top notch build quality, great hardware. Camera is very nice gives good pics with flash in low light and Day photos comes with amazing colors. Amazing phone

well, so far i had quite a lot of smartphones, but this one is really the best. I bought it a half a year ago and i could say that the battery of Razr Maxx is impressive. Futhermore 3300mAh battery is have more juice than a common laptop with 4cell battery...
10 points out of 10!

Best phone ever! Camera & GPS sync need improvements. Waiting for the next LTE enabled model to become available for European/APAC region. This is the phone to take with you when you leave your house.
