I've had many phones just like a lot of you out there. The Motorola V3 is definitely one that I am really enjoying right now. Very different. Worth every penny.

First of all I'm not a clamshell/flip phone lover at all but I love this phone, it is a good size and weight. Very smooth, sleek and the speaker phone is amazing. Solid design.

The voice activated wireless Bluetooth headset works amazing with it, and I've used it with the phone on the coffee table and I walked all around the house, no problems at all. Even in the office, I've left the phone on my desk with my office locked and used the headset to make and receive calls while elsewhere on the floor. Perfect.

Whoever is considering it, if you're a true minmalist techno lover you'll really appreciate this phone. The case is made of aircraft aluminum! Sweet. It reminds me of Bang and Olufsen designed audio systems. Very high end. Top shelf.

hey do anyone know whether this phone has flash capabilities? and I wanted to know which is better, RAZR V3 or the Motorola V635, since they both are of about the same price, so I was just wondering which one is better

This forum is meant to help others (like me) who are trying to decide whether or not we should buy the V3. So tell us why you like/dislike your V3 and not just waste our valuable time reading post after post that offer nothing more than variations of the words cool and crap. E.g., ahgwai, do you really think Motorola is responsible for your butter-fingers?!! Yo people, be CONSTRUCTIVE.

To be fair, if you want a camera buy a camera. The main function of the PHONE is to PHONE people, and it does that.. quite well actually

Motorola are not Sony, don't expect them able to make good camera.

                          for just design...

                            All depends on your needs....

Good looking I would say. But the camera is rather poor, (for the diminutive size of the lens good though)

If your only need a camera-function that can take fair vga-resolution pictures of well-lid non-moving objects, this might do. But I'm sure you could find better!

                                    a v3 is twice the price of a k700i.your best bet would be a samsung e600, motorola v547/545, nokia 6020, 6610i or 3220

Hi. I need a new phone because i've recently spilt pepsi all over my sony ericsson k700i, and now its beyond repair. I can't afford a new k700i which is ashame cos it had everything i wanted. Im now considering getting a Motorola V3, it has a camera, bluetooth, mp3 player.. but my only worry is that it only has 5.5mb memory whereas my k700i had 41mb. Has anyone found that this is not enough memory for them or am i wrong?

the V3 is an excellent looking phone and very state of the art for the times, but as many ppl have stated on these post still resembles on the inside just the same as other phones...this is correct, bc the same company makes all types of phones, so you can't be mad that this phone is not the 'star wars edition', and to be forreal there are many other models out to buy, so why did you buy this one? Because it is different, and now that you have this phone you are different, so if you don't like your new V3, simply put, just buy a new one, and all you worries can be other worries when you get another phone that doesn't stand up to the so called hype...or, take the other persons advice, and sell it on ebay...the only problem i've found is not being able to keep the screen clean, and if you have big fingers the laser cut keys are sometimes difficult...that's all, makes all my call so far, but that's just so far. If a V3 is what you want, aquire one, but be aware, there are many new models to come...
