Y u dis this fone? I looks f**king stunning! I agree it is a bit short on features but please note: U R PAYING MEGA BUCKS 4 THE LOOK OF THE FONE! not the features. Anyway, people who shay this fone is rubbish cannot r jealous of it and cannot afford it.
To the people who think this fone is rubbish u should stop dreaming and being jealous and leave this forum!

(with remebrance to the asian tsunami victims)...the v3 razor looks plain when closed...it shouldnt be, coz it cost a fortune...the camera is only vga, and i dont think its worth to waste your money just becuase its slim..motorola is ripping us off here...

Just seen it & played with it at a big electronic store. What a nice small & beautiful phone. It look so much nicer live than picture.

My three friends (one male & two female) whom accompany me to the store are all very much interested in this Samsung E638 hand phone. The male friend instantly brought one. The two female friends both happened to be using their newly brought Motorola V3 & surprisingly both wanted to trade in their V3's for this phone, but the trade in price of the V3 is only about half what they paid for! So the two ladies are thinking of selling their existing V3 at some second hand mobile phone shop & buy the Samsung E638. (The two ladies are both frustrasted by the un-user friendliness of the V3! )

Just bought v3 a week ago.... and im in a big dissapoinment . NOt worth for the money .All menu UNUSER FRIENDLY ,me Gonna sell it tommorow

You want lots of space for MP3's......go out and get an iPod. If you don't like this phone, go get a PDA. You are asking for too much. Heck, why not go out and get a damn tablet PC or something. All I want is a PHONE. This just happens to be an awesome phone.........and only a phone.

Just a style phone, looks ugly when it closed looks better when open. No IR, is there mc slot in it? You dont waste $600 just for 265.000 display r u.

i got mine in the philippines
good so far but has no "tap extended mode" as said in the manual.
i got it with free sports bas, mug, towel, and a free DBTEL mobile phone.

want to buy the v3, tried it out and find that although it's thin, it's absolutely too wide and kind of long.
tried the function of the phone and notice it is a mess. what a big disappointment!

I absolutely love my V3, all my friends think its awesome. They say I have the best phone. One has the inno55, one has E315, another V220 and another the E105. Mine is the most awesome of course. Such a great phone. I care for nothing more than the basic features and love the MP3 ringtones I can make!! For those of you who talk crap about how wide this phone is, did you ever take a nice look into that gorgeous 265,000 color huge screen? Anything you put on that screen looks so sweet. No other phone has a screen size that makes it stand out in awe like that. Unless you have a PDA. But think about it, this is a flip phone! To those who complain about it, get out those magnifying glasses to see your own screens.

I would love to know where the fools who write reviews for these things learn about their mobile phones. The review on this site (http://www.gsmarena.com/index.php3?sRedir=http://www.gsmarena.com/r_motorla_v3_review.php3) makes the same mistake many of the others reviewers make about the V3 and other Motorola phones. He/they seem to think that five seperate contact numbers for an individual means five seperate numbers in your address book. WRONG!!! Phone Book / Menu / Setup / View/ change All Contacts to Primary Contacts. Tada!!!!
As for the phone, it is superb but I agree more could have been done with the Vxxx UI. However, if you take into consideration how big it is, it has a superb spec and its the best looking phone out there.

Well the firmware sucks... But you can get it a tiny bit less user un-freindly by 'programming' the many shortcuts key available. (Thats about the only nice thing about the software though...)
But the hardware is good, not just good looking... Good sound, Good screen, Good keyboard, The internal antenna placed right...
I would just love to have the source and a compiler for the firmware... A few rearangements and less stupid T9 implementation would make it MUCH better.

To 17 year old student... are u sure u only 17 or 71 years old??? People can write any opinions they like...u mentioned that u only 17 yeras old then how many hp u ever used? Pepole only telling us the bad & godd of this V3, if u dont like just out from this web & hope that never 'see' u again in tis web.
