i bought one for my daughter and would advise people not to buy this phone. There is some kind of design fault, and many of them have screens that go blank, dropped calls and the phone randomly switches itself off. If you look around other sites you will find others with exactly the same problems. Looks great but is crap. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND BUY SOMETHING RELIABLE.

is there way i can have the phone on speaker, then close it and still be able to talk on it?

I wish I had gotten a Nokia.The RAZR looks neat, but thats all. I don't like Motorola menus, and the phone is too fragile, the battery does not last long either.It drops calls, gets too many bad connections, and changes ring styles and volume when it's in my pocket. Nobody I have talked to with one likes it.

It always LAGS and the pics are CRAP. also, the screen always stops working and i have to get it repaired. grr. screw it. dont buy this!

i traded my nokia 6630 for this one, the hot pink. sadly, after three days, i decided to sell. this only lools good. as some said, beauty without brains. if you take a picture using the external LCD, the image will be inverted. i hate it. the memory is so limited. the UI is not that user friendly. and i was scared the keypad might start getting rusty, i saw razr with rusty keypads being sold and it doesnt look good.
this fone was once very expensive, but the price is dropping so fast. i wonder if its because of the high demand? or they just it to be more affordable so people will buy their old stocks?! i dunno. but i got the samsung E370 as a replacement. da best!!!

someone recently gave me a razor v3. Everything works fine except when i call it says called failed most of the time. haha this does suck, but i wanna know if there is a way i can fix it. i think it has something to do with software problems are something. my service provider is great, i know its not that. If u know anything about this please emal me thanks.

i've had the black razr for about 1 month, it rules. it has to most amazing battery life out of any other phone i have ever had before. great reception, call quality aswell, looks, and the screen is awesome too.

Nice phone. Very good design, but expensive. You just pay for the design. Cool, but not that much. It has almost the same specs as the V550 which I had. That was 1,5 year ago and costed less then 50% of this.
For the videos. With the V550 you had to change the lenght. Now it does the max size of a mms, you can change it to 3x of that, but still not that long. Somewhere in the options menu ... (Don't know if it works on here as well tough)

i got the moterola razer v3 black and oly took picz my carier upgraded the soft ware to shoot videos only shooting 5 seconds of video in the send mode i sent it bak to my carrier to fix the problem v3 uses the same software as the moterola v551 is able to send videos 49 seconds long why cant ma razer do that not impressed with the prroduct but its a good lookin phone

I bought this v3black razor and its great!! The only problem is that I want to know how long I can record videos. Because I want to record for more than at least 25 seconds.

I have the Razr V3(black) and I really enjoy it. The screen is really crisp and clear. The only thing that I dont really like is that the video camera doesnt record record as long as I would like. Other than that I love it!!! Very eye catching!!!!!

hi just bought this v3 and i am having probs sending pics to others i am doing it proper ,but no one is receving the pics or the videos no matter what i try,can anyone tell me what this is,i went backto phone rep and he took a picture and sent it to me and i never got it!whats the story here,love the look of the phone,but whats the point if its not gonna work...any ideas please help,,,cheers all

I have a v3 black and the design and the camera quality is far more better than the 6230 or 6230i. Is working very well. Got no problemm with it.

the V3 is a good phone, but the memory is so poor, it can hold mp3 songs but theres no point because with one song it would have taken up most or even all of the memory. the v3 was an experiment,to see if it was possible to make a slim phone. they succeded. so if you want the full joy of a razr go for the V3i

This phone is a design statement of Motorola. Compact & having easy menu features once u get the hang of it. Reception is average. Camera is fine. Bluetooth works fine. GPRS is fast and covenient. Does not have an infra red receptor. Plays MP3 songs & tunes. The phone's speaker is good. Memory space is limited if u are looking for huge downloads. Appears to be delicate but is hardy. Take care of that black powder coating. It is prone to scratches on rough use. Menus are fast and intelligently placed. Screen is rich. Phone performance is overall good. This phone is certainly the EYE CATCHER!
