BenQ aint havin it cos they wanna be cool too,
so hooked up the EF81 just like a razr phone too...

Moto says it started the slim craze with the razr line...true,
Samsung say's we got our U and E series phones like you do...

Moto says it started swivels(V80),
Nokia says F U! u know we got that 7373 just like you do too...

Everyone cries the Razr style is so overused,
But they neva say SE or Nokia's candybar is overused too...

They moan it's all Razr, Krazr and Rizr names comin thru,
But forget that others always do the same thing too...

Actually the MOTOFONE F3 isnt the real SCPL, the real SCpl has yet to announced its the rumoured LAZR which can be found at bengalboy.com

Thats the real SCPL, the MOTOFONE F3 is like a appetizer to the real SCPL series. CTIA wireless?? maybe thats when the new SCPL gonna announce.. 2mrw!!

I know moto doesnt just make phones, they are into communication. 95% of those news releases are related to wireless technology-netwrok-services. and I do appretiate their contribution towards the mobile market.

Oh boy! dont you know samsung doesnt cater to the low end market...they have just started..where as Nokia and Moto are strong players in that segment.They are all over China and India..2 huge market. Why you think Motophone got the award in that segment. When you read a report, it does say why the market share going down. Hope you know why motos market share going down as well. Over expectation killed it.
Like Moto..Nokia is the same way assembled device..I'm not fond of Nokia but the fact is they are way better in putting together things when it comes to multimedia, just that their design doesnt attract me.

Yeh moto is still tight lipped about how they have created RAZR. Too much hush-hush from a compnay that makes communication device not a multimedia phone. No wonder they are working with kodak for a camera phone. thats one of the worst camera on the market if you ask.lol.
To me, moto is a true ASSEMBLED phone.

"Motorola V3 Razr" is not multimedia phone but "Motorola" got record retail sold 50 million units, how about "Samsung"?. Every type has speciality. Same like "Samsung"; not all "Samsung" Mobile is "Multimedia Phone".

All the company mobile has background. Same like Nokia, Nokia working together with other company for camera phone. Motorola background as pioneer, innovator and visionary in mobile communications is well-known, is that pretty good with that background can make "multimedia phone" and got success like "Motorola E680/E680i", "Motorola E398" and more. Sony Ericsson working together with Sony for camera phone. Nothing wrong with working together.

The battle 2007 is still start and we don't know who the winner until "Q4,2007". If you said "Samsung" is the best, why not to be ranking 2 or 1? Why "Samsung Share Market" going down?

More than 3 year until 2010 like "Samsung" said want to be no.1? That's mean every years "Samsung" must grow up share market 5% with the situation all the brand doesn't grow up. Hehehe...

If taking a concept and buliding upon on it does constitute for COPY-CAT. Then why moto doesnt take legal action.LOL. There is no patent for deign form factor. When you guys will stop moaning. Why cant moto develop those models farther then?. As if they just ceated it and let others copy it, so that peps like you can scream later on. Oh please Give us a break.
Now whice one is a iPhone copy??? F700??? How long you think it takes to develop a phone? Motorola is taking 2-3 years to do 5mm scapel and when it releases we cant say that its a copy of samung right?..ok, and when samsung released F300 on pretty much same time with iPhone..it becomes a copy? Dont make fun of yourself dude.
And yeh I know samsung pretty much caught up moto few years back...moto did well with razr.Kudos to their marketing strategy. and they went ahead...they tried to do the same magic with karz or rizr..FAILED. will try again wiht SCPL. miracel doesnt happen too often. Yeh SE is behind samsung's butt...but do you realise with motos profit going down..they are BOTH behind Moto's butt. They are this years winner afterall. LOL.

Now Motorola more clever. Motorola doesn't want tell to the world what Motorola want doing because Motorola know many brand want watch what "Motorola" make it and then copy cat.

This is some big secret of Motorola Planning.
- Motorola SideKick Next Generation
- Motorola Scapel (not Motorola F3 / F3C or "Scapel Platform"), that's mobile will be super nice phone and thin only 5 mm. Don't said "Motorola" copy from "Samsung" because that planning since 2 or 3 years ago.
- Motorola X Project
- Motorola Kodak Phone
And much...

With basic feature like "Motorola V3 Razr", Motorola got the record sold 50 million units? Is that amazing. Don't Underestimate Motorola.

In China "Motorola" got more than 19% Market Share. "Nokia" got more than 9% Market Share. "Sony Ericsson" got nearly no Market Share. "Samsung" never hear got Market Share.

People know which brands copy cat from other brand.

WOw kal, dont get offended, just chill and relax...

Of course Samsung had put in maybe 10% of their effort but their idea is from MOTO. If u know a fact, the sales of Samsung had dropped for this few years. If u can remember, Samsung almost caught up Moto few yrs back.

Maybe lack of ideas and innovations, it slipped to 12% market share. I think Samsung is really a copycat Kal, u know L fleur?? it copied l'armor right?? And the uhm messaging phone that copied iPhone??

Dont deny it Kal, and maybe the calculator phone from CASIO lol...

Lack of innovations, so thats why Samsung is number 3 in the world, and SE is chasing behind its butttt.

Hi PDlx.

sorry but you are only comparing the speakers of the two phones. 3D sorround is not that good if we talk about the loudspeaker. and i have seen,tested and used so many stereo sorround phones even the S853 from alcatel. from my point of view the sound from the speaker isn't so much to be bragged. all you can hear is the loudness and the treble but the bass is really poor. that's the issue with all the loudspeakers in any phones of any brand. never mind the single speaker of the W950, though if you look very well it has native accessories and onw of which is the MPS-60 portable speaker in which produces better bassy sounds and with elements better heard than any other loudspeakers out there because the speaker dimensions is actually larger than the embeeded loudspeaker on any phones. and if the megabass eq. is activated then you can really hear the bass better. now back to the point the megabass eq. is only better if the earphones and the portable speaker accessories are plugged in.

so the E680 is better for being louder. though if you really know stereo sorround sounding you can poorly do that with mobile phones even they have the features like stereo widening, 3d sorround and etc. and even they have 3 speakers or mini subwoofers simply because the sorround sound gives better sounds when the two speakers are in distance farther than the distance of 2 speakers in any regular phone(which is very near). so the only advantage of 3D sorround sound in a phone is to make louder sounds but not enhance it. IMHO sony knows that so we can bearly see stereo walkmans from them but only W550. simply becasue Sony has a logic in sound trends as one of their expertise was the sound rendering. i have also heard e398 and N73's sound renderng in speakers also but i can really see the advantage of having more than 1 loudspeakers but only to louden then sound.

i see W950 better than N91 because it's not the sound quality that makes a music phone better. but what is important is that it has number of music functions and accessories to enhance it better. that how W950 can beat N91 and maybe E680.

I'm well aware of that review from mobile-review.com. And it seems you guys dont read beyond the very first line.....READ..READ the whole thing and you would know that samsung is going with the thin trend and yes Motorola has set that trend,...enough credit has been given to that...HOW MUCH YOU NEED and HOW LONG. Samsung didnt just copy it, they put a lot of effort and research work to come up with even thiner thiner models... When everyone is taking the concept and develping it..WHAT MOTO IS DOING?? Stop screaming and Let Moto do something..and we will appreciate...like this z8 slider model..I've appretiated its form factor its unique...some of you diehard fans are so much into it that Moto doesnt really need to improve anything..coz you guys will be always happy.

"Motorola Rizr Z8" has unique, more attractive, and innovation design. I believe Samsung, Nokia, Sony Ericsson will copy this design.

Every OS Fan's can choose which one OS Fan's like it. If you like OS "Java", buy "Motorola Rizr Z3". If you like OS "Linux", buy "Motorola Rizr Z6". If you like OS "Symbian", buy "Motorola Rizr Z8".

Nick, the bend in the Z8 is what makes it unique and more attractive. It's a new type of "curved slider". It's more ergonomic since it curves to fit the side of your face better.

Notice that all flip phones open up into an angle. You don't see flippers open straight out, Why? Because it's more ergonomic. The reason why sliders have always been straight is the fact nobody was able to come up with a curved slider until now.

I use "Motorola Rizr Z3". "Motorola Rizr Z3" doesn't use sensitive pad. I watch from "You Tube" and i think "Motorola Rizr Z8" use sensitive pad (maybe touch pad, like public secret in Motorola Fan's area know that's LG raped "Motorola Touch Pad Concept") but i can't answer heat sensitive or not because not in the market yet and i don't buy yet. "Motorola Rizr Z6" is not in the market yet and i don't buy yet so i can't answer heat sensitive or not.

i just want to say that i think that the z6 is the best out of the:Z3,Z6 and Z8 because i compared the Z3,Z6 and Z8 side by side and i noticed that the Z6 has the longest battery-life over all and the Z6 looks better than the Z8 and the Z3 in my point-of-view. I just dont like the little bend that starts at about the middle of the Z8 and the key boards on the Z3 and the Z8 are too original compared to the Z6's keyboard. The Z6's numbers on the keyboard are zig-zagged while the numbers on th Z3 and Z8 are just side-by-side. I think the the Z6 is just overall better and more unique.

Motorola more experience using OS "Linux". I think OS "Linux" more stable than OS "Symbian". But i never use "Motorola" with OS "Symbian". Let's we see "Motorola Rizr Z8" using OS "Symbian".

I just many "Nokia" with OS "Symbian" has many problem. Example: Freeze, Crash and more. Like Nokia 9110, Nokia 9210, Nokia 9300, Nokia 9300i, Nokia 9500, Nokia N70, Nokia N73, Nokia N80 and more "Nokia" with OS "Symbian" has same problem. My friend has "Nokia N73" has problem freeze, some people said take out the battery and put again battery but never work and still freeze until one day.
