i really like the itunes function thingo.
it only lets you play up to 50songs, but its still good, thats about one playlist, so i still really like it.
BUT
i dont like how you cant apply songs that are on the memory card as your ringtone, you have to move it to the phone memory, which is very annoying.
also, it uses a 2.5mm jack instead of a normal 3.5mm one. overall however, i really like it. :)

the problem with this phone is the charging connection point stuffs up. luckily my brother has the same phone and his still charges.

IMPORTANT: you can hack your itunes, is ease, and you can use a 2gb and supports 1000 mp3 and others extras, download:
mototunes 0.8.1

Motorola Driver v2.6.2
1. Download new iTunes version
2. Run MotoMidMan (version 0.35 or higher) and delete corelet (previous version of iTunes), restart mobile phone (Tip: Use Restart button).
3. Press "install" in MotoMidMan and select iTunes jad file.
6. Restart phone again, in MotoMidMan right click iTunes and select "Attributes", remove all attributes.
7. Restart mobile phone, in MotoMidMan go to iTunes "Attributes" and select only "Corelet".
8. Restart and enjoy.

This phone is competent and a solid performer but its crippled by its dependency on Itunes as you can't really listen to music other than that from itunes on it. Limited to 100 songs too. Otherwise menu are ok a bit tired very solid and seems virtually resistant to scratching.Camera is good one of the best VGA's and it can shoot short video clips. One other thing though the phone has what Motorola call 'Rhythm lights' on both sides. These seenm to serve no other purpose than to drain the battery annoyingly they flash green while the phone charges meaning the phone takes an age to charge.

looks just like the T-Mobile SDA. Seems like an ok phone but not worth the type of money

I need help.Can someone tell me if you can put downloaded themes in the phone ?And the problem with my phone is that you can't send a song more than 5 MB in the phone even if you have like 100 Mb left.I like the phone,but you often get problems with it.So my opinion buy a ROKR E6.It looks cooler.

ok... when u bought this phone u will think it rocks... afterawhile u think its great... when the problems comes like transfering song it keeps reconnecting and the charger dun charge u will think its normal... when u cant stand the problems anymore u think it sux like hell... u will wan to throw it against a wall or flush it down the toilet... tats wat i feel...

hey phil" im having the exact same problem as you. i took mines back and they took it away and repaired it for free as i was on contract and the link repaired. but unfortuenatley im still having the problem...
however! im getting a new phone soon anyways...

to the person using the computer id F4ps. what do u know, he can add music using the steps that i provided to him, of which he can listen to his music through his sounds, if u weren't understanding his question. duh. however, if he would like to play his music through his itunes, he would need to install the itunes software on his computer and connect his phone to the computer where he can download whatever songs to the itunes via a computer.

yr advise to alvaro, are u sure u r helping him. Let him try yr way and then when he try to play the song on his itune music player. Best of luck to him.

Alvaro, u can add mp3 to your phone by using a card reader to attach to your computer. Open audio, then drag the files to the memory card. U would then have songs on your phone.
