People, don't complain and critised about the charger connection and your problem about charging.
If u have read the instruction, it stated very clearly about this, if u chould to ignore and abused it then why complain now. I have the phone for almost 2 yrs and everything is working find.
Treat yr equipment with care and they will provide you with many years of good service.
Rokr E1 is the best of his category.

i got this being the first Moto,badluck is was a fiasco.Charging pin and charger two pins head r worn out.cannot charge,remember bought at Z3 price now! total loss even its interface and vga cam was horrible then till now esp video n half screen WHY

Had this for a also most 2years its cool. But it eats up chargers and deletes ringtones....

Maybe your connector is dirty, try to clean it.

is it just my phone or does anyone else have a charging problem.mine has been into repair now 3 times same problem,now out of warranty.unable to charge is so annoying!!!

at first u will love this phone... but later u will not so like it... cos it will hang often and ur screen go blank white... but sound is very good... i think there nothing good about this phone except the sound quality

Can I put 1G in my E1? Coz GSMArena states up to 512MB. Is there anybody of U use 1 GB in Ur E1?and how is it? Does E1 work well with 1G? Coz the shop owner told me that 1G in E1 will break Ur E1.
I want to put hundreds songs more on it.
Help me Please?????

Hi, People! I bought E1 last week and It's so wonderfull phone that I ever had coz all people at my home and my office love my E1 and they want to change their phones with E1 coz of the best sound and the camera. But, onething that I dont like is the color. I cant find the black one coz in Medan, no black ones anymore so I must get the white one but it's OK coz I have already in love with E1.
Can somebody help me to set the iTunes manually? coz I dont have time to go to Motorola Service Center. Most of all, Motorola E1 is the best phone of all in VGA series. E1 ROCKS MY WORLD!!!!!

Batt life is poor. dont find the socket in public places chargers ( eg: airport, hotels) the charger socket to the phone isnt so good.

he best phone I have ever had the pleasure of owning, had it since it was realesed and never had a single problem, had to replace a few things like speakers, but that was because I had the music to loud!! ^_^ well worth the money I paid for it.

i go into multimedia and i can't delete any of the sounds, picture, and theme in there. There are little locks nexts to them, anyone know how to delete them.

We each have a right to our own opinions, but I have had my rokr e1 for little over a year and it's been great I have a 1gb card in it and have over 60 full music videos plus personal vids including the 100 songs in itunes and about 70 more in the phones media player and lots of pics. To this date I have not had a problem with the rokr I am aware that it is not an ipod but the way I look at it's a cellphone with some extras. I enjoy the fact of having the convinience of a cell phone and a music and video player all in one plus text messaging and WAP access all in one.Hmmm, I was thinking of putting a 2gb mem. card so I could load my favorite movies onto it. Like I said everyone has their own opinion but personally, taking into consideration that I've accidentally dropped the phone (butterfinger syndrome) onto the pavement 3 times and it has not lost a beat. I have to give motorola props for it. I think it made a cool phone that takes abeatin and keeps arockin.

the design of the phone is very dull.this type of phone should be placed under deep sea which makes it look as boring and dull as is . which i think this should have never been made!!!

If u have to compare then let me tell u.
First N73 belongs to the smartphone series where by not only do they have a good camera, the also have a o/s for loading programs and other features whereby E1 doesn't have. So why do u have to compare a car and a MPV and say that your Mpv can carry much more people. Common sense will tell u. Furthermore the price is also so much different.
However, a E1 without equalizer will beat your N73 hands down in term of music quality. I currently still hold the E1 after more than a year of usage and have recently got N73 for the advance features. Even with the N73 equalizer the music is still inferior in terms of quality (not Loudness, as Loudness without quality = noise.
Better treat your N73 with care, the way your E1 broke after a month, I am worried for your N73.
