u must first change the video format to .3gp first b4 u can actually view it.. try downloading xilisoft 3gp video converter. it helps...

well i rele liked this fone it was alot of rele cool features but i have had it 1 1/2 mnths and it keeps freezing up! i havent dropped or gotten it wet or damaged it in neway! so ill have to return it and i heard they r discontinueing cuz of software probs..this sux

Hye.. I just bought this hp yesterday.. and im still struggling.. i just wanted to know.. about the video.. I saved a video using the USB CABLE onto the memory card but when i switched on the phone, the video wasnt there. Is there any specific format(video)?
And another thing..is about I TUNES... how to save songs into I tunes?? I know it sounds stupid but I noticed that the user manual isnt helpful enough. Please help me.. E mail me.. =)

I have had the rokr now for bout 3 weeks, the only downfall was the 100 song limit, you can get round this by going to my computer, click phone then select ringtones, then drag and drop your music into this folder that way you can beat the 100 song limit and you can set them as ringtones by changing storage device in sounds under multimedia on the phone and then copying to phone memory but only 1 at a time because of the low memory on the phone, this also work for pictures if you select pictures instead of ringtones from the folder. Well!!! this is a good phone, the sound the memoroy etc etc. BUT has a one BIG problem. i dont know where do all my SMS go when I change my SIM. Like i have 50 SMSs in my inbox, and when i switch a SIM ...khapeesh.... all SMS erased, I havnt experienced this with any other brand like SE k500, Nokia 3230, or any. Is this BUG only in the MOTOROLLA SETS. If some one has a solution to this PLEASE email me on saad_2k2@yahoo.com

Do you have do buy your transflash memory seperate or does any memory come free with this phone. If you do have buy memory how much should you get?

how can i in put photos from my pc into the phone, i want to use those photos as wallpapers or backgrounds, i dont know in which directory i have to copy thephotos, in the memory card, or if next a have to copy them to te phn to see the photos,...
any one know, how????

I found Rokr E1 is the best. It will last my life time.
Best phone ever produced. User freindly, easy to navigate. It’s cool and fun to own one. I can not live without it and I will die with it.

Hi to all, i have just recently bought this cell. No doubt its a gr8 cell i have ever had and its running perfectly. i just want to know that this cell is "Made in Singapore" which i have bought,does it make any difference on quality..... i mean is there any other place of manufacturing for this cell???????

Hi, I got this phone today, it's great and I'm really impressed with it except I didn't know you had to have xp to get itunes, and I only have millenium. I was wondering if there's any other way of transferring music other than through itunes because I love the phone at the moment i've just been downloading songs onto my sounds but it only puts up 10 seconds of the song. Please email me.

havent even had the phone a month and its messing up on me. I gave a good report on the phone the day after i got it. I regret it! When i am writing a text the phone freezes after i write a fe letters and then u have to take the battery out to start it up again. I got the master reset code but that didnt do anything. Hey 4 £99.99 pay as u go in the o2 shop its a good fone there have been complaints about it bein rubbish because its limited 2 100 songs no matter wat size card u put in but who needs a 100 songs on their fone 1 onli hav 45 on it n i use the 300 mb left 2 take pictures and video the camera aint the best in the world but in a fone 4 100 quid its worth the money espesially wen u get a 512mb card wiv it which cost half that anywa u cant voice record but who needs it when you've got i-tunes ?

in order to put songs as a ringtone you have to learn more about your phone you have to explore it, its simple once you learn...remember that your phone has a trans card and thats jus like having a jumpdrive(flash drive, or thumb drive) you can put put whatever you like on it, i for example have put photshop documents on it just to see if i can use it as a jump drive and trasfer the info to one computer to another and low and behold it worked...in all i love this phone and sure more like it will come out but i for one like this one because it original and its the first, another thing learn more about your phone youll be pretty surprised to see what extent it goes to

when i go to storage devices, i only see one option and thats "Phone", i dont see Trans..why is that?

Dear all
aswering the question:
1. MP3 File as the ringtone
ROKRe E1 can NOT access MP3 file stored in I-Tune application. files encripted somehow with different names.
To set a mp3 file as a ring tone. Copy a mp3 file to T-flash with Card reader(mmc adapter included, or use USB cable, WinXp detects automatically. copy to \\mobile\ringtone.
disconnect phone from pc or put back t-flash into phone.
Switch on phone, go to multimedia-sounds.. you must find the files you've sent.
press menu button (in middle up of keypad): copy: 2 option comes up : phone & bluetooth, select phone.
this file copied to phone memory
back to list of files-press menu button-Switch storage device- to option comes up : TRANS & Phone, select phone
You'll find MP3 file you copied, press menu button-Apply as a ring tone-Chone line-1 or line-2.. then finish!
P.S : ROKRE E1 only has 5 MB internal memory, so you can only put 1 file MP3, unless you split file as short as possible just enough as a ring tone
JUST WONDER IF THE ARCHITEC OF THIS TYPE EVER THINK ABOUT IT BEFORE THEY PRODUCE
2. Put MP3 file to Phone for I-Tune application.
Install I-Tune program on CD (included), I-Tune program will show up. COnnect yourphone via USB to PC, Program detects automatic and makes 1 chategory on list of I-Tune, LIst several mp3 files on LIBRARY, by clik 2x on mp3 files on Windows Explorer. files will be listed on Library
Update Phone from Library,
then mp3 files syncronized to phone, it takes 2 minute/song.
