Do you have any confirmation when Motorola Q,A1200 and Rokr E2 will be available in Mumbai.There is only 1 PDA i.e A780 available in India.

hi. to those who oledi bought the fon, can i know whether ringtone can now be stored in SD card? Old e398 need to store them in the fon main memory to be used...

is the phone officially launched there. is it true that the sound quality is similar to e398. doesnt the bass boost and spatial audio settings improve the sound quality and moreover how is the bass effects of this phone in comparison to walkman phones.
have you tried plugging the sony earphones which comes with walkman phones.
i am asking all this because iam currently using E398. please haider answer this, i am desperate to know this. u can also mail me

i got it from karachi PAKISTAN
well the display is very nice and i think i have a cooler device than w810i
but there is still the problem that the fone has similar sound like e1, e398 but it is louder than e1 and even louder than w300i
full screen videos are supported
OS is fine as i m using 1st time linux its a bit diificult but this is fine..................OS can handle most of the symbian softwares which attracted me
blue tooth of e1 is same like e2 only the difference is attaching a device..................................... the mobile comes with a nvidia graphical application with JAVA for better game graphics..

This phone keeps delaying its launched date. I think it got problems with the software.
I have decided to wait till 1st quarter 2007 before getting the phone. I hope most problems will be soved by then.
What a letdown, tired of waiting!

@roger, i'm researching now how to do the firmware dump. for the meantime can you check what firmware version you have?
go to settings, phone settings, properties. mine has these values:
AP S/W Version: R564_G_12.01.29P
BP S/W Version: R564_G_12.01.29P
@anonymous, typing sms message does slow down if the message gets longer. itap response is also a bit slow for me, but the response is constant and does not slow down even more as the message gets longer.

i believe that this phone is released but motorola releases its phones first in europe
