Just to let you know the razr v3 is thinner than the v8. Even when the v3 is closed it is still thinner. and just to let you know the razr v3 is only 8mm thick when opened!

well let me tell you this from personal experience, the v8 is a lot larger than the size of an opened v3 so there, i think that that would sway it 4 me

This phone is not worth anything over $200.
Reasons:
Onboard memory = same as V3.
Video & Cam = outdated.
Added card = not a common format.
Stick to V3 instead. Chances are its screen won't scratch as easily as V8's.

This V8 is great .... The V3 is crap because it's much wider and longer & every function is crap including the WEIRD look .... OMG, what an ugly thing the V3 !!

Why so impressed by the 11.5mm ??
The V3 is slightly thicker, but is a flip phone!!! Now THATS impressive..
And sure this got a lot of extra features, they have to use all the extra internal volume for something... ;-)

The V8 aint hot, but the V3 is soo much hotter. This one looks 'unfinished' and the design is not impressive.. not a good one.

Its cool. Nice design and nice to see such phone from motorola. After V3 Razr which is damn sexy but missing memory card and video recording facility. This is appealing.
