there are lots of MONSTER PACK to change the looks of your L7, cool themes, animated sending and receiving. Change the start up. I have mine, and it looks like iphone. very cool guys.

hey Josh..well it depends on what network you are on...Safaricom or celtel..if it is celtel,just call the customer care and they will lead you...call 710(celtel customercare) if you have celtel.If you are using Safaricom,just visit any safaricom retailer or just visit the safaricom office near Sarit center,westlands..Nairobi.And you will have internet on your phone..
What I say about the phone is..its an okay phone..like the features..but the typing is just toooo miserable!!!!!!

it has been very hard for me to connect my phone to internet and am in kenya. is there a possible way and fastest to do this. also most of your phone are sold without a memory card. could you be having an inbiult memeory card including a redio. thank you

I have used the phone for a year plus now.I think its a good phone.The main problem I started having later was the charging point which I couldn't use agai.I had to use the Usb cable to be cahrging it.It was a useful phone to me.I keep files in there atimes to download on my system in the house.But of recent i plugged it normally as I do only to notice that the phone was off and since I couldn't use again.I feel Motorola group of company will need to work on the charging point and the durability of the phone.

i want to either get this phone or the razr ive had the cingular razr and i really likedit but now i have tmobile and i was wondering when i buy the phone unlocked do i just put my sim card in and its ready to be used or do i have to call tmobile and do osomehting..........and one more thing how do i get different themes instead of the blue, red. silver motorola themes?

i'm sorry but all motorolas in my experiences have been really bad fones. i'm no expert, have had the fone for about a yr and a half but for example when u type the msgs is real slow, the camera is vga one of the lowest forms of cameras on any fone, the recording time for video is 30sec maximum, even tho u might have extended memory it can only store no more than 29-31 sms in the inbox, it is really slow if you have anything stored on the memory card, if ur purchasing the fone in australia u do not get any cables with it, just your charger and other applications will cost you extra..just giving my feedback on the fone if your about to buy it..well dont.
i just recently bought the nokia 6500slide and am very impressed.

Have had this phone for 2 years now, all I can say I can finally upgrade.
I have modded the phone to enable itunes and edge and make it a bit faster but it still not great. The phones software lets it down. Laggish.
Build strength is good but it peels. The phone has fallen a lot and still works fine. But the hardware (Camera etc.) sucks.
Sound quality is also pretty bad. Cant always hear what people are saying and if you hold the phone wrong they cant hear you, breaks up.

the phone is just no a piece of metal. if all u need is call.. then grab mine.... i plan to throw it away.... its not recommended to get this phone.... the people on motorola should think new of going to other phone companies... they got better phone.... a BIG mistake to have this phone

The Motorola SLVR L7 is the worst phone I've ever had. Yext too small. Went to Spain and the keypad popped out of case !! Tried to buy new cover in order to fix it - not simple - lots of fiddling with very small screws - Motorola get advise on how to make phone covers !!! Do not buy this phone SH!T.

I've had this phone for a good while and I've just upgraded it for a Sony Ericsson W580i...this is not a bad phone, but the life of the battery is too short and it can only record short video, the paint around it starts to come off after a few months, it also had a problem, suddenly it started to vibrate and I couldn't stop it, I had to restart it any time this happend and no one could explain the reason, I took it several times to fix it and the problem continues till I changed phones...it's not a bad phone but think about it good before purchasing one.

Good only for beginers.No voice recording.Less battery time.Full screen view of multimedia not available.Horizontal view not available.Web Browser does not work OK on phone.Limited entries for Internet Settings from ISP.Needs software upgrade for these.Mini card does not get explored directly.

I've used this phone arround 18 months, and as far as i'm concered it's a great cheep phone. It fell on the floor about 30 times, i even left it outside by the road over night, while it was raining!!! It never stopped working. Now battery can last more than 2 days( i talk more than 1 hour a day. When it was new, battery lasted easily for 4 days. Not to many gadgets, but if you don't need more than sms, calls, check e-mail...this is the best choice.
