to de guy with no name. you maybe have to update your motorola tool on de internet.how 2 do so? simply when u pick it on u desktop sometimes it asks if to update pick yes.but it may take VERY LONG.hope it works.i tried it already but it was takin to long so i cancelled it.

U can only open the pic with max resolution of 640x480 pixel.Meaning, if u receive pic from any megapixel phone, u will not be able to open it from ur phone.The sender need to resize it n send to u only u can open.
N for the skin thing, u need to dload some sort of software for ur pc n connect ur phone to ur pc to upload it into ur phone only u can use it.The process is quite complicated n u can refer to howardforum for more info.

can somebody tell me what is the maximum capacity of this phone to display a picture,how come i cant open some of my pictures? and what type of file can be install as skin/themes,i have downloaded some skins,and i cant use it on my phone,thanks.

to miel,the * nd # can help you transfer from 1 categorie to onother when you browse the multimedia,but if you didnt assign any category * nd # have no use,guys how can i use this phone as a webcam,i saw someone used it as his webcam b4,thanx.

We bought a phone about 2 months ago and you have to be carefull of sitting and maybe dropping the phone face (front screen) first for the screen cover is made of real glass (not PLEXIGLASS). It breaks and shatters into pieces. TAKE CARE NOT TO DROP IT!

For pedro,
if ur talkin about the back casing then there is a silver button at the top of the phone, prees it and remove.

hi i would like to know how to view downloaded videos on full screen. all the videos i have downloaded appear at the centre of the screen and not full screen. videos i have shot however appear full screen.

Hi, i'm pleased with the phone but the sound of the speacker is to low, sound is in level 7 but i still hear very bad, someone know how this could be solved? Or where I could pput this message ?

got this phone just under 6 months ago...very nice to start with...untilt he problems occured! Have occasional freezing on a blue screen. Bluetooth wont rarely works- sometimes (after several tries) it will recognise someone else. but the MAJOR problem is that it now the profile tones don't work- not for ringing or messages! which is a bit of a problem if you want to use a phone the way its meant to be used- to send/recieve calls and messages!!!...steer clear!

this is a superb phone with neat sound,display,colour,camera.but the camera is vga and its boring.moreover we cant expect from this economy class mobile,its just price worthy.......thank u
