to the guy who thinks pics and stuff cant be sent via bluetooth on the l7 , where did u get that 4m ? just press menu - copy via bluetooth and send it .. get ur facts right dude

Just ordered a new L7 as I have a friend who currently owns one and it is a cracking little thing. I hav tried Sony Ericson's, Nokia's and Motorola's and this is the better of the phones I have seen and used. Don't try to mess about with the menus within the phone using the keypad alone - use the blue-tooth connection of a laptop or desktop and connect to the bluetooth signal of the phone. You can then use a computer system to intiate and move folders as you wish as well as organising the phone settings. My current Nokia 680I had quite a few problems with the blue-tooth connection until I opened it using the gateway signal from my laptop - after that I had no problems.

I bought my phone 12 weeks ago. 10 weeks in my battery wuldn't hold a charge;had the battery replaced (2x's), same problem. Cingular has sent me 2 (5 including the ooops wrong phone) replacements that will not hold a charge for more than 2 hours without even making a call. That's 3 phones with the same problem. I am going crazy!! I am now awaiting my 6th phone delivery. Is this a defect? Has anyone one else had a similar problem. The last phone i received didn't even work the first day out of the box. HELP!!!!

About the bluetooth thing: Some operators (SOMEHOW) block this feature on their phones, maybe its that. I have a L7 and i transfer all the time via bluetooth. So you gotta check that, or your phone has a manufacturing problem.

how do I get a java application from the pc on to the phone?. I have a bluetooth dongle but it only shows the video/pictures/music folders and nothing else, so all I can do is put said file types into the folders ! I can't see or do anything with gamess/applications ?

I cant figure out how to show my personal caller id everytime i call someone, it only gives the option to show/ hide id after each call. Does anyone know how to fix this? e-mail me at raspberryncream@hotmail.com thanks.

I got this phone for my girl and she loves it!!!! i am happy i bought it, was shopping around wondering what to get her, L7 is sleek, and has just the right amount of features that she wants....... have no problems yet......... and i hope none for now at least........ hats off to motorola!!!!

your bluetooth problem im afraid is a typical motorola bluetooth problem, you cannot send items to other people, thats how its designed!
