    TO HENRY

the way that these phones "should" work is that they will show the name of the tower that you are working on at that moment on the screen. Now... i seen them display the name of the service provider to whom that sim card belongs to and if they are on a different provider's tower then THAT provider's name will show right below yours "TMOBILE" Either way you shouldn't worry cause according to Tmobile they don't charge roaming

I just bought the l7, and it's a really great phone, except my itunes only works when I'm connected to my computer. Do any of you have any suggestions?
P.S. The RAZR H3 Bluetooth headset makes a great accessory for this handset.

to cingular_rep, check if your mp3's bit rate is higher than 192kbps, if yes, it doesnt work, refer to pg 29 of your manual. as for picture, megapixel pic cant be open in the L7.

Has anyone have this happen to them? You transfer a full MP3 song to your memory card (NOT ITUNES) and you save it to your AUDIO folder.... then when you try to play back the song it says "Wrong format" while is an mp3 file. At the same time some song work with out any problems? Also when you BLUETOOTH a photo file from your computer to your phone and then proceed to open the file in your phone it says "Cannot open,File size too big"....what's that about?????

Great phone, good memory, bad camera, stylish. Give it a better camera and you would have the best phone around.

to Henry, from my understanding, locked or unlocked phone is basically tied to a telco, meaning if your phone is quad-band, but t-mobile is e.g 850Mhz n they locked your phone to 850Mhz, then u can only used it where telco transmit at 850 Mhz only. As far as function of the phone, it should be no problem if your phone is supplied with the Motorola Phone tools cd that can be used to crop mp3 into smaller size/band ringtone to fit into L7 because of the 5MB internal memory restriction.I have not seen an itunes cd b4, so i am not sure if you can crop mp3 using function from the itunes cd. Hope my explanation help
