Same goes with that glass back, that will always stay in a protective case, never to be seen again...

Know several people with Samsung S4 or S5 woth Lenovo C2, or Motorola E4 and many else old long time outdated phones and still perfectly working.
Your statement is wrong.
Everything depends on user.
If phone is used just for most basic tasks even an LG Prada first ever touchphone created could works perfectly.
