on the menu of "multimedia", then "videos", then press the menu liney buttonny thingy, and go to "categories" it will say one called made, so i thought you could make them, however when you click empty, it does not take you anywhere to record :-(

it is also quite a hard phone i go out and get pis*ed up every weekend ,fall down,drop it etc and it still always works in the morning so if u do this aswell or have balance or coordination problems this phone is ideal. wots the best phone i can get at the moment for about £100-£150 i need a new one im a bit bored of this one now

i think this is a good phone ,ive had it around 12 months,due for a new one as the camera is dated and it doesnt have bluetooth.can you record sounds and stuff never had a proper look round on it

I work in a phone shop and we stopped stocking them because they're such a terrible and unreliable phone. Of the 7 repaired phones that we have here that people never came back for, 5 of them are v220s. Save yorself the hassle, folks.

i hate this phone. i hate the tesco network that sold me this phone it crashes the camera is rubbish, it does not play mp3s, does not do anthing that it should do what a waste of time and money never will i buy a phone from the tesco retards again

I have used the motorola v220 for six months now but has'nt encounter any problem.Among the number of phones I have used so far, I consider this one to be the best.

This is the WORST phone you could possibly buy! it is a total POS! The camera stops working after a month, the screen shuts off, the led backlight burns out, the buttons get stuck, the screen gets scratched bad by the buttons when closed, and the over-all casing gets scratched. The battry dies very fast, some times it doest charge, and the worst of all it decides when it wants to turn on and turn off. (the phone will magically turn itself on, and it will magically turn itself off. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON IT!!!

Alice I think your getting confused, this phone is shocking, it has an apalling camera and doesn't even have bluetooth.
Its not even comparable to the d600, and understandabley so as its so much older.

ive heard motorola have bad software problems, and my v220 was no exception. i had been told to not get motorola's...well i dont plan on getting another. my fone started playing up early on, i haven't even had it a year and the camera doesn't work, the personalise menu doesn't work and the battery is losing its charge quicker, even though it hasnt had exceeding amounts of use.it scratches easy. some people have said that it has bluetooth, but mine doesn't, it must be an older edition.
MOTOROLA'S STINK. So many friends and family have had sucky fones because they were motorola brand.
however it still messages (even though it only gives 450 letters instead of 480 and charges you for 3 messages!! thats like 30 letters, it'd make a huge difference if we got them. The good thing about this particular fone is that you can program the soft keys, and create shortcuts to some things. and it still makes and receives calls, although it is deteriorating quality on my end, and maybe the other.
Thanks to KC who said you CAN voice record, if only i had this info sooner, i could have made some good 20 sec ringtones.
my back cover is loose now, even though it hasn't been dropped extensively. and it only has one prerecorded video, and you cant make your own

this phone is so amazing it's way better than the samsung D600 its got a betta camera faster bluetooth and it records video for longer as well it's a great deal. buy this phone!!!!!!!!!

this is such a good fone i've got 134 tracks on there @ the moment and theres still room left the bluetooth is really fast and i downloaded some hardcore porn and it looked really gd
