      Hi everyone,
I have this v360 fone and have some questions to ask about it.
      1. I am using SA networks (Vodacom and MTN) and I cannot access some sites like wwe.com and can someone please tell whether I need a software or not to access some sites?

      2. I have been on the site www.mptrim.com and when I tried to download the software for trimming, the fone said "FILE TYPE NOT RECOGNISED", can u plz assist on how can i download this software or what must i do to get it,can it be sent via bluetooth to another fone?

      3. How do you remove the memory card from where it has been inserted? What is the MicroSD adaptor that comes with the fone kit used for?

can u plz guys help coz I need this info...

Hi guys, I bought it two weeks ago and the phone is off the hook. I can imagine me switching to other phone soon. Although it does not have 3G but it's futures are amazing. I'm liking it in general, pretty good phone, I'm being driven mad however by trying to find out how to permanently switch delivery reports on, at the moment i'm having to do it every time and i can't find it in settings.

My main gripe is that in comparasion to all other phones I've had (panasonic, siemens and nokia) the manual is appaulling. Very little imformation and no troubleshooting which is always handy when moving to a new phone.

I have no doubt in my mind that the V360 is a great phone.I bought mine about two weeks ago and have made an observation:it momentarily looses power when used continuously-that happened while transfering data from my old phone, and also during an international call.I also wish it had the Move option-from Sim to Phone and vice versa- in addition to its Copy option.I'll like to know whether the momentary power loss is a network problem or a defect.

It's a nice phone, if I had any grips with the V360 it's that when storing post codes in the address book it only allows to do so in lower casing, also the phone book displays SIM and Phone books together, I was a Nokia user and with the phone book you could use either, or and both.
Please note I am not taking anything away from the V360.

Could someone please tell me what mp3 site supports the V360, I have tried to download through Napster it is not working, and also once I get the file downloaded to the audio file how do I get it to work on my phone?

any no will do for ur bluetooth password. (for example 1234). Just makes ur other party type the same no. try it.

It's a great phone for its price. User friendly. Takes a memory card which is a bonus for downloads. Sounds can be soft at times but is a mobile not a radio! I don't regret buying it!

A Great Phone. Well built, solid design and feel. The construction quality is far better than V3x. easy to use and works like a horse. A great product. Well packaged.

wah, very good phone and better features compare to my old E398.the only problem is the ringing tone can only can be set at the phone memory and that means we cannot download mp3 to set as a ringing tone.......
