Yeah...this phone is great.. no doubt about it.. I just love it, I have it for about 2 months...It just has a major flaw...it scratches easily.. :((. The quality of the 3GP videos is good.. I watched a movie on it and it was at a reasoneble quality, but if you are planning to watch a movie on it, you should first cut it into small pieces of abou 5 to 10 minutes and then put it on the phone, because if you put the entire movie in a single file, in the middle of the movie it will play for about 2 sec, the 2 sec pause, and so one and so forth..

You're not supposed to use an entire song for a ringtone. Has your phone ever rung longer than 10-20 seconds before going into voicemail? Yeah, I didn't think so. Download a free audio editor like Audacity and cut the part you want for the ring. Save as an mp3 file and you're set. Takes up almost no space (like 1/2 of a mb). Plus, YOU get to control what part of the song you use. BTW - learn to spell, people! Please!

I got some software to convert avi to mpeg4. I copied the file to the phone. It plays, yet not very well. I think the bitrate is a little too high. A few frames, then pause, a few frames then pause.I guess the phones cpu can't crunch it. Anyone have any advice. Is there another codec i can copy, another format the phone supports for video, any way to lower the bitrate??? Thanks in advance for any information

I use to have the v635 and it pooped on me! Anyhow, I was wondering if anybody knows if I can use the USB cord for the v635 with the v360 or do I have to buy another one?
                        Thanks!

To install themes, it's very time consuming and DOESN'T involve sending the files to the card, go to www.motomodders.net for info. The phone only supports up to 512mb.

ok people, to put java apps or games on, connect ur phone to the computer, make sure it access the mem card then you should find a folder saying "kjava" copy some .jar or .jad files to it then in ur phone go into games and "install new" not all games or apps work for this phone so dont get angry if what u want cant be put on (i couldnt put arkanoid onto it :( )
                            - also for the people that think the memory card is useless, people also use it to store videos, games and pictures....

                                  Sorry cips, wrong info.
pls use "copy" instead of "move"... by using "move" u will move the entire picture OUT from ur phone. Thus pls use "copy" instead.
