nothing wrong with the phone at all. Have been a nokia boy all my life and this one s#%ts all over a nokia.Just gotta get used to it. Does anyone know if it can take a 1G card as apposed to the 512MB it recommends.

wow im sooooo confused.... i dont know what to buy... pls pls pls tell me if this phone is worth it..... my razr v3 suddenly had battery problems thats why im getting a better one(v3x or v3i) help help help.... i want this phone because of its style... but im kinda worried about its performance.. does the battery life really have problems..? do they sell extra batteries of this because ill just get an extra battery and how much? v3x or v3i? hmmm

I have this phone and it's really good.
but I have a question. what's with card slot?
I mean, somewhere I had read that the memory can be up to 2 GB, is that true or not? say yes or no- just, because I had read previous posts and now I don't know.

I bought this phone. Its really awesome, i love everything about it.....BUT! the battery life is really poor, i might have a faulty battery so i will take that up with 3, but after 1 full charge, i get 23 hours out of it, i dont even use the camera or MP3 player and the battery dies, any help please?

im supposed to get this phone but unfortunately, the MMS and GPRS wont be activated here in the Philippines coz the network provider here don't have the configuration yet coz this phone is not yet released here officially so i got the Nokia 6270 instead.

Also you may find it helpfull to know that they sell an extended life battery for this phone as batt that comes in phone is not that good

Can someone please tell me how long their battery last as mine last about 24hrs, but I was using the camera and MP3 player a lot and I only got the phone yesterday.

mugs could you link me to the 1gb memory card page, I went onto the motorola UK site and the only extra's there are a few chargers and a 512mb memory card.
When I looked on the technical spec on the motorola site it says it only supports 512mb which is pretty small as most new phones now support upto 2gb's.
thanks for your help, I've been using the phone a couple of days now and its pretty sweet.

I have purchased this phone a week ago. Generally, it is very cool and nice to use. But the only weak point is it's battery that does not lasting. Is anybody out there know how to disable the 3G when not in use? By that, i believe can extend the battery's lifespan.

jim to answer you question about memory, u can get 1gb mem card, motorola selling on web-site (uk, don't know about anywhere else) so you must be able to use, when phone first came out 512mb was all that was available, so that's why most places state this.

just got this phone yesterday, its my second motorola my first being a startac! I think the phone is pretty neat. To answer someones question about the memory, everywhere I've looked it states the V3x only supports up to 512mb of transflash. can anybody shed light on this?
also -
- is it possible to disable the photo key on the side of the phone?
- how do you rename your photos?
- In the bluetooth setup you can switch "power on" does this then make you discoverable?, by clicking "find me" it only allows you three minutes of visibility, whats the deal with this, isnt it possible to just have bluetooth on all the time?
all in all a good phone, pitty it doesnt have Wi-Fi.

how do you take the service name off, eg. like im with optus and on my wallpaper it says YES OPTUS on the wallpaper, i dont want the YES OPTUS to be there, how do i take it off?

i am assuming that you can use 1gb card as motorola is selling it for this phn, on web site under accessories.
