hi, i've bought a v3x for few weeks. Display is excellent, camera is good, and the battery can last me for 2 to 3 full days.
However, i've a little problem. The charger charges my phone thru the mini USB port. But when charging is completed and the cable removed, at times, the phone lost hold of my media card .. i.e. i can't access my card, and the wallpaper, ringtones, etc were all reverted back to the default. I've to power off and on back my phone to get back access to my media card.
Any solution for this ?

V3x camera is just great. I also considered buying N70, but due to some drawbacks e.g. small keypad, low display resolution, back cover plastic hunch,slow camera etc, I left the idea (thus I did never regret buying v3x). Still, my second choice would be N70

i need to ask a few questions on this phone(or razr v3i).. im thinkin of buyin or maybe nokia n70.. i was just wondering can u change the cover if u scratch the original cover? can it play wma files? can u install programs like games , funny, camera like nokia phones?

To the "no name" guy who wants to remove Voda software.
Mate.. just did the same to my phone yesterday... got rid of Orange cos for some unknown silly reason their homescreen shortcut they have which... although i quite like it... the email and sms inbox shortcut is configured so it bypasses the "lock" when u lock messages using Lock Application... which in my opinion is a very serious no no cos of now i'm in trouble with my girl cos she was able to read my dodgy texts.
Go to www.motox.us... go to the v3x page and u'd see OEM software on there you can download...about 22mb... also u'd need to download RSDLite 2.5, p2kman drivers, MCK 1.38... no links on website cos it's warez so u'd need to google it for RSD Lite 2.5.
Be careful though... I used the latest one on the motox.us website and it caused my camera to be worse off than previous so flashed it again with a more recent OEM Software i got from www.motomodders.net. and that got my camera back to normal and sharp as hell again. Thus...for anyone who's got a crappy, blurry camera it's cos ur flex software is not good... just install a newer version of the flex file and u'd see mad improvements.
Now i'm most satisfied... only thing is i lost the Techno Skin and instead got a Neon skin...thats not 2 much a prob... i'll just download the Techno skin again from the Motorola site easy.

can anyone tell me where i have to go to remove the vodofone software and install the factory motorola software. i'm living in the states now and the vodofone software is interfering with some capabilities.

Thanks zozo, I appreciate your kind assistance. I also found out from Moto(UK) homepage, that it supports A2DP means it support wireless bluetooth stereo device, like HT820, if I'am not mistaken. zozo its that true that V3x plays Real(one)Video, with file format rm, rv, ra(for audio)? Pls could you recheck for me? Cause the local shop here mentioned V3x won't play Real files, but his face wasn't certain and I have lot of video files in rm format. So I postpone my purchase that time. Thanks again in advance. Moto ROCKS!!!

The memory card is included (64MB) anad as for the sms i'm not sure how many it can hold. but you will be able to make them store on the trans with a little tweek ussing xvi32. if the feture isnt on there already.

my comment is; i bought motorola v3x is a nice product and best among the products, i only have minor problem wit it; i can't store new number direct, some time when i store it, i will not have access to call it again and the number will not display, i have to deleted the number first before i access it, please i may wish to know the solution. respectfully submitted for consideration, please.

motv3x this phone is pretty attractive phone 4bands any where i can use 2 cameras second cam for video call. this phone has brilliant display 3g and video support mp3 sound quality is very good this got mem card slot i can upgrade mem use like i pod keypad is flatt and very fast instant respone.in the bottom part of the pnone there is decent neat band which light in blue when thev phone is being charged or when i recive a call.so every i found this is very good phone
good investment if you are buying
