I just bought this phone 3 months ago and i must say it is the best phone out there. Many people might be complaining but i have had no issues so far. It is the best phone. The camera quality is good. At the moment u can get it for 180$ on Ebay.

1st. I owe a v3x for some 7 months now.
If you are ready to look after it well, then i will tell you to go ahead and buy one. but if you don't give it good care ex. using a pocket, etc. forget about it.
when it comes to software, third party applications give you problems . so my conclusion would be: if you relly like this phone buy it, but you need to take care of it for the phone to take care of you

I was just telling the truth. even my friends owing a v3x have the same problem withe the keypad, cover, heating up, restart after using an application and so on. Before i was a big fan of this phone but once i bought it, i didn't ave that feelig for long.
it has positive points as well : good camera, video calling etc but over all these aspects are really few compared to its disadvantages.

i really wanna get this phone cause one thing is preety sleek and funky..but many ppl are complaini about it sayin its suck and that i should go for nokia or ericsson...am askin the users..what would your overall opinion be?

your right that the keypad can deteriorate but it depends with the person using it, if you have a heavy finger, the keypad would really deteriorate...its a matter of maintaining your things, dont criticize motorola for using low quality materials, because they have not. if you want a durable and maintenance free cellphone, go make yourself a bulletproof one, stupid!

when video calling it heats up a lot especially the keypad. and the cover shell is just b**ls**t it is peeling off from the top end of the flip. and the keypad too is going off. motorola are good in deseigning but not in using the appropriate materials. 7/10

I glad the I buy this beutifull machine, is a toal maquinary the ever own, sensatinal a wonderfull piace, thaks motorola ! esy to run ,dowlown and transfer file,no fhone make me so happy ever before, it´s made for me !

You can't get viruses for the P2k platform, it's probably where your firmware has become unstable, refer to modmymoto.com to upgrade it and personalisation :)

Seriously the WORST phone ever!!!! Please never ever buy this phone. Mine was playing up within 3 days of buying it. A year later it wont even switch on . Its now useless.....PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not buy this phone....

i am using motorola v3x . its having some problem i think it is infected with virus. i went to many service stations they are saying it can be done bcause they dont have software i want to know where it can b repaired or replaced. urgent

This is the worst phone ever. I work in a phone shop and this phone has ruined my life. People have threatened us with law suits because we have sold them this phone. This phone redefines the term "problematic". There are way to many problems with this phone, it's like a ticking time bomb. If you own this phone I feel deeply sorry for you.

It might be the software of the unit is corrupted. Our the bluetooth IC has a problem. Try to go to your nearest motorola authorized repair center for assistance. not from the unauthorized...
