Hi, regarding my last msg about V3X several failures, since it was still on warranty, I've sent it to MOTOROLA technical service in Spain.
One month later. Yes, one month. Tech Service give it back to me with a new motherboard, even a new IMEI and the firmware updated for my language.
It seems all failures are fixed and now I'm trying to trust again the phone.
Now with the new firmware, just after star it shows a screen with an error msg "Flex error Phone Subsidy-Locked", but it works fine.
I've read in several MOTOROLA Forum's it's normal.
It has appeared also in Welcome Screen
And to get rid of the error msg means a lot of modding work.

im just wondering is this phone worth of buying it? what software do i use to store music into the phone. is it iTunes? and does it come with headphones for mp3? does it have good sound quality like s.e walkman phones? please reply/answer me thx.

Absolutely fantastic phone, but one problem, I don't know how to transfer files to/from my PC to the phone

does this phone include voice recording? and if we make video calls? does it charge? expensive anot? can we install games from our PC into this phone? anyway, i love V3X. i'm using hot pink now. wahahhas.

I have not seen so many conflicting opinions about a phone from actual users before.
Even asia.cnet.com opinions for the V3x is the same.
So I think I will have to pitch in with my own views, as a proud two day long owner.
Good screen, good calling abilities, reasonable battery, good camera and easy to use menus.
Would have preferred the metal used in the V3 and V3i instead of the plastic.
To be honest, I do not think Nokia and Sony Ericsson GUI's are as wonderful as everyone makes them out to be.
I am also pleased with the improvements Moto made over the last 2 years with regards to processor speed. My last Motorola was the e365- the first Moto camera phone.
It was horrible to use.....so slow to type sms's....torture...faster to call people than type a 4 word message and send.
So the V3x is not a bad phone at all. Does most things middle of the road to slightly above middle of the road.
If you want best mp3- get SE.
If you want best camera- get Sharp, Gigabyte g cam, i-mobile 902, LG KG902.

I Have had the V3x now for 1 year and i think its great the only problem i have faced with was that it froze a couple of time when i got it but it hasnt for ages i love it!!

hi there guys....i know that v3x equip with 2MP camera that generates 1600x1200 pixels pictures...but y my V3x only manage 1200x1600?i put my camera setting to; resolution:Large(2.0MP),Quality:Best and MIrror:On...can anybody comment and help me on that(if possible)...thank u all in advance

Hi, does anyone know how to install games from my pc? I thought it should be simple like audio and pic files but cant find out how.
secondly, I downloaded many games from the web with extension such as .jar or .jad - r they compatible? tnx

i made a videocall to a friend and now i cannot find how to change the videocall number ( speed dial 2) any ideas? or how i make a video call to different people?

Oh, yup, QaQe's right, also, notice in the Dialed Calls, the calls that fails to make also don't have letter V check

Rubbish fone..many small probs that just get damn annoying after a while e.g. fone automatically turning to loud mode when u plug it in to charge. Motorola have real reiability issues with their fones and am not gonna bother 'hoping' their new models have shed these probs... cant wait to yupgrade fone to nokia or SE soon!

rubbish if you drop it, it breaks or if you close it sometimes the screen cracks
